大型热轧齿轮减速机是为热连轧机设计的传动减速机，是板材加工设备中的关键设备之一。大大改善了钢板的轧制精度，极大地提高了生产效率，避免废品率的上升。大型热轧齿轮减速机运行平稳，无异常噪音和温升。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：提供一种大型热轧齿轮减速机，改善钢板的轧制精度，提高了生产效率，降低废品率。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种大型热轧齿轮减速机，包括箱体和传动机构，所述的传动机构为单级人字齿轴机构，传动机构包括输入轴和输出轴，所述的输入轴的一端为输入端，输入轴另一端为输出端，输出轴与输出端平行设置，输入轴和输出轴通过至少一组人字齿轮传动连接。
进一步的，所述的输入轴和输出轴通过二组人字齿轮传动连接，减速比为1。所述的箱体为双牌坊机架结构。
进一步的，所述的人字齿轮采用硬齿面渗碳淬火磨齿工艺，采用齿形修形及修缘技术制造。
进一步的，所述的箱体内部具有循环油系统装置。
进一步的，所述的循环油系统装置还具有流量和温度检测装置。

如图1所示的一种大型热轧齿轮减速机，包括箱体1和传动机构，箱体1为双牌坊机架结构传动机构为单级人字齿轴机构，传动机构包括输入轴2和输出轴3，输入轴2的一端为输入端21，输入轴2另一端为输出端22，输出轴3与输出端22平行设置，输入轴2和输出轴3通过二组人字齿轮4传动连接，二组人字齿轮4的齿轮参数相同，减速比为1。人字齿轮4采用硬齿面渗碳淬火磨齿工艺，精度ISO1328-95之5级，采用齿形修形及修缘技术制造。箱体1内部具有循环油系统装置，减速机齿轮和轴承均采用循环强制润滑，循环油系统装置还具有流量和温度检测装置。
本实用新型的大型热轧齿轮减速机采用单级人字齿轴结构，单轴输入双轴输出。输入轴2一端为输入端21另一端为输出端22，输出端2与输出轴3平行设置，通过二组人字齿轮4传动连接，工作时输入轴2与输出轴3的旋向相反，带动轧机转动，实现对钢板的轧制。

1.一种大型热轧齿轮减速机，包括箱体(1)和传动机构，其特征在于：所述的传动机构为单级人字齿轴机构，传动机构包括输入轴(2)和输出轴(3)，所述的输入轴(2)的一端为输入端(21)，输入轴(2)另一端为输出端(22)，输出轴(3)与输出端(22)平行设置，输入轴(2)和输出轴(3)通过至少一组人字齿轮(4)传动连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大型热轧齿轮减速机，其特征在于：输入轴(2)和输出轴(3)通过二组人字齿轮(4)传动连接，减速比为1。
3.根据权利要求2所述的大型热轧齿轮减速机，其特征在于：所述的箱体(1)为双牌坊机架结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的大型热轧齿轮减速机，其特征在于：所述的箱体(1)内部具有循环油系统装置。
5.根据权利要求4所述的大型热轧齿轮减速机，其特征在于：所述的循环油系统装置还具有流量检测装置和温度检测装置。
