背景技术：
现有的汽车轮胎防扎、防漏技术是在轮胎内涂敷一层高黏度、高弹性的热熔补漏材料。但需要靠手工操作，不利于推广技术。
发明内容：
本实用新型提供一种能对真空轮胎喷涂热熔补漏材料的防漏轮胎喷胶机。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案来实现的：一种防漏轮胎喷胶机，设有胶液喷头，喷头后接有管道，管道与供应胶液的设备连接，其主要技术特征是设有由动力机带动的旋转夹具，所述的旋转夹具结构为设有由动力机带动的转盘，转盘上装有夹具，转盘上的夹具由分开的两个部分组成；
所述旋转夹具或转盘处，设置有制动机构。
本实用新型为加工防漏轮胎提供了专用设备，能将高黏度、高弹性的热熔补漏材料均匀涂到时轮胎内表面，喷胶层厚薄均匀。

具体实施方式：
如图1所示，转盘1通过传动机构由主机电机2带动旋转，转盘上装有夹具，夹具由内压板3与弧形拉板4构成。同时设有胶液喷头5，喷头通过管道6、单向阀7与油缸8连接。油缸上方装有由喷胶电机9带动的加压螺杆10，螺杆上装有行程开关11。储液罐中的胶液，经过过滤器12、单向阀13、通到油缸。轮胎15装到喷胶机上时，由内压板与弧形拉板分别拉住其口部的两边，将轮胎口部拉开，并固定在转盘上，随转盘一起转动，加压螺杆在电机9的带动下上升，胶液经过滤器12和单向阀13被吸入油缸8；螺杆下降时将胶液经单向阀7、管道6与喷头5，喷到轮胎的内表面。轮胎旋转产生的离心力，使胶液分布均匀。转盘的轴上，装有制动器14。

1.一种防漏轮胎喷胶机，设有胶液喷头，喷头后接有管道，管道与供应胶液的设备连接，其特征在于设有由动力机带动的旋转夹具，所述的旋转夹具结构为设有由动力机带动的转盘，转盘上装有夹具，转盘上的夹具由分开的两个部分组成。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种防漏轮胎喷胶机，其特征在于旋转夹具或转盘处，设置有制动机构。
