本实用新型涉及工业炉窑炉底管冷却和燃气加热技术领域,具体地说是一种封闭式环形结构加热炉炉前管路。传统设计汽化冷却的各分支回路是单独设置、互不关联。当流量不足、断流时,往往造成某分支回路烧坏而停产。传统设计的炉前供气管路是沿加热炉长度方向分段供气,每段左右两侧各自独立供气。这种设计往往造成某段、某侧介质压力和流量分配不合理。本实用新型采用在汽化冷却下降管终端管路之间连接连通管,形成封闭式环形结构的炉前环管;或在空煤气供气管路炉两侧分管上连接连通管形成封闭式环形结构的炉前环管;炉前环管与介质进管连接,并均匀开设有介质出管。本实用新型有效的平衡了炉前管内各点压力,实现介质压力的零位调整。

一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及工业炉窑炉底管冷却和燃气加热技术领域,具体地说是一种封闭式环形结构加热炉炉前管路。
二、背景技术
汽化冷却管路是加热炉的薄弱环节,汽化冷却装置管路的设计、施工及正常运行是保证汽化冷却管路安全的关键。按传统设计方法,汽化冷却的各分支回路是单独设置、彼此独立、互不关联。由于流量不足、断流等原因,往往造成某分支回路烧坏而停产。近年来普遍采用的由多根下降管给炉底管分段供水,每段内含数个分支回路的系统设计,非但没有解决已存在的设计缺陷反而使问题进一步复杂化。
目前国内燃气加热炉,炉前供气管路设计传统是沿加热炉长度方向分段供气,每段左右两侧各自独立供气。这种设计往往造成某段、某侧介质压力和流量分配不合理。
三、发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种封闭式环形结构加热炉炉前管路,该环形管路内介质各点压力趋于相等,可以解决上述的流量分配不合理等问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是:包括汽化冷却下降管终端管路或空煤气供气管路炉两侧分管以及介质进管;还由连通管、介质出管组成;在汽化冷却下降管终端管路之间连接连通管,形成封闭式环形结构的炉前环管;或在空煤气供气管路炉两侧分管上连接连通管形成封闭式环形结构的炉前环管;炉前环管与介质进管连接,并均匀开设有介质出管。
本实用新型的优点是平衡了炉前管内各点压力,实现介质压力的零位调整,同时减少了管路设计计算的工作量,此种结构简单实用,适于企业生产需要。

五、具体实施方式
如图1所示,包括汽化冷却下降管终端管路或空煤气供气管路炉两侧分管以及介质进管1;还由连通管、介质出管3组成;在汽化冷却下降管终端管路之间连接连通管,形成封闭式环形结构的炉前环管2;或在空煤气供气管路炉两侧分管上连接连通管形成封闭式环形结构的炉前环管2;炉前环管2与介质进管1连接,并均匀开设有介质出管3。
工作时,流体介质通过介质进管1进入炉前环管2,由炉前环管2进入介质出管3,再由介质出管3送入炉内进行冷却或燃烧。本实用新型的炉前管路封闭环形结构,平衡流体介质入炉处各进口的压力及环形管内任意一点的压力,便于压力零位调整,减少管路设计计算工作量。

1.一种封闭式环形结构加热炉炉前管路,包括汽化冷却下降管终端环形管路或空煤气供气管路炉两侧分管以及介质进管(1);其特征是还由连通管、介质出管(3)组成;在汽化冷却下降管终端管路之间连接连通管,形成封闭式环形结构的炉前环管(2);或在空煤气供气管路炉两侧分管上连接连通管形成封闭式环形结构的炉前环管(2);炉前环管(2)与介质进管(1)连接,并均匀开设有介质出管(3)。
