技术领域:
本实用新型涉及垃圾处理设备,在垃圾低位热值偏低时能取得更好的垃圾焚烧效果(热酌减率可达到3%以下)。
背景技术:
我国社会目前刚刚步入小康,城市生活垃圾的可燃分及低位发热值和国外发达国家相比偏低(我国约为4200KJ/kg)。垃圾焚烧后的炉渣热酌减率应控制在5%以内,二次燃烧室内的烟气在不低于850℃的条件下滞留时间不应小于2S(CJJ90-2009《生活垃圾焚烧处理工程技术规范》)。为满足此要求,可以采用助燃燃烧器助燃的方法解决,但运行成本较高。
一般的锅炉的空气预热器都是作为锅炉的尾部受热面布置在锅炉省煤器的前面或后面,降低锅炉的排烟温度来提高锅炉的效率。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的是,对于使用生活垃圾作为燃料的余热锅炉,高温烟气空气预热器作为锅炉的受热面布置于余热锅炉的炉膛出口处,过热器的进口处。
本实用新型的技术方案是:以生活垃圾作为燃料的余热锅炉,在炉膛出口处,过热器进口处布置高温烟气空气预热器。
进入高温烟气空气预热器的220℃左右的空气由暖风器提供,经过高温烟气空气预热器后空气温度为300℃左右,进入炉排下面的进风口,为垃圾焚烧炉提供高温燃烧空气。烟气进口温度在650℃左右,出口温度在600℃左右。通过高温烟气空气预热器的热交换,使得空气温度达到300℃左右,从而加强生活垃圾的焚烧,降低炉渣的热酌减率(可达到3%以下),特别是在垃圾低位热值比较低时(Qdw=5800KJ/kg),焚烧效果会更好,并且降低垃圾焚烧的投油点(最低投油点为低位热值4190KJ/kg),减少垃圾焚烧的运行成本(提高一次风温度从而提高炉膛烟气温度,无须使用辅助燃料)。
本实用新型在设置助燃燃烧器的前提下,布置高温烟气空气预热器,减少助燃燃烧器的投运次数,降低运行成本。
同时降低进入过热器的烟气温度(600℃左右),减少高温过热器的高温腐蚀,从而起到保护高温过热器的效果。

具体实施方式:
如图1所示,一种过热器前布置高温烟气空气预热器,空气出口1,空气进口2,在使用生活垃圾作为燃料的余热锅炉中,高温烟气空气预热器6作为锅炉的受热面布置于余热锅炉的炉膛出口3处,高温过热器5的过热器进口4处。
进入高温烟气空气预热器的220℃左右的空气由暖风器提供,经过高温烟气空气预热器后空气温度为300℃左右,进入炉排下面的进风口,为垃圾焚烧炉提供高温燃烧空气。烟气进口温度在650℃左右,出口温度在600℃左右。通过高温烟气空气预热器的热交换,使得空气温度达到300℃左右,从而加强生活垃圾的焚烧,降低炉渣的热酌减率(可达到3%以下),特别是在垃圾低位热值比较低时(Qdw=5800KJ/kg),焚烧效果会更好,并且降低垃圾焚烧的投油点(最低投油点为低位热值4190KJ/kg),减少垃圾焚烧的运行成本(提高一次风温度从而提高炉膛烟气温度,无须使用辅助燃料)。
