[0001] 本实用新型涉及一种锅炉,具体地说是一种既能燃用生物质(木粉,秸秆等)又能 燃油、燃气的卧式内燃三回程锅壳锅炉。
背景技术
[0002] 现有锅炉主要是燃煤,燃气或燃油锅炉,或者油气两用型锅炉,燃煤锅炉污染严 重,在很多城市已被限制或禁止使用,燃气或燃油锅炉的燃料价格较高,且有废气和二氧化 碳排入空气中,造成大气的污染。目前市场上已有一些燃生物质的锅炉,但多为水火管锅 炉,采用的仍然是炉排结构,即由燃煤锅炉改造而来,热效率低下,水管锅炉结构复杂,且不 便于自动化控制。现有单独燃用生物质锅炉,但是生物质的来源范围毕竟有限,而且与交通 运输量有很大的关系,故有时无法使用;使其应用受到限制。

[0018] 本实施例锅炉本体前端是前箱1和下部带有滚轮的生物质燃烧器2 ;后端是后烟 箱3,后烟箱3上部有出烟口 4 ;水从进水口 5通过给水泵6进入锅炉本体内,产生的蒸汽从 主汽阀7接出。出烟口 4通过连接法兰与尾部的余热回收装置、除尘器和引风机相连;前烟 箱1通过管道连接法兰8与生物质燃烧器2连接,燃烧器下部风箱进风口 9与鼓风机相连。 在后烟箱3上设有带防爆功能的检查门10 ;后烟箱3下部设有清灰口 11与连续出灰装置相 通。前后烟箱均为可拆式结构,检修方便。锅炉本体内设有大炉胆12、在前后烟箱之间设有 第二回程烟管13和第三回程烟管14,木粉燃料从料斗15加入,由给料装置调节16控制进 料量;在生物质燃烧器2内燃烧,产生的热烟气经连接管道8进入锅炉炉胆12,经后烟箱3 下部转向进入第二回程烟管13,再经前烟箱转向进入第三回程烟管14,进入后烟箱3上部, 经出烟口 4与余热回收装置、除尘器和引风机相连,在锅炉本体上设有锅炉水位控制器17、 蒸汽压力控制器18,在烟气出口设排烟温度连锁保护装置19。锅炉电控柜安装在锅炉控制 室内,也可安装在锅炉旁边。可通过压力控制器将蒸汽压力反馈到电控柜上,调整给料装置 给料量和鼓、引风机的电机频率控制木粉燃烧器的出力。

[0020] 当生物质来源不够时,可将下部带有滚轮的生物质燃烧器2推开,将燃油燃烧器 或燃气燃烧器换上,与前烟箱1相连;尾部烟道不经过除尘器和引风机而走旁通烟道直接 排入大气;将电控柜转入燃油或燃气控制系统,即可正常使用,简单易操作。
