本实用新型公开了一种12V铅酸蓄电池单体连接极柱,相邻单体连接极柱相对面的顶部各有一个斜面,两斜面形成V形槽,夹角为30°~90°,并且两斜面底部各有一个上下位置错开、彼此重叠贴紧的凸台。本实用新型在对相邻单体连接极柱焊接时,既能保证烧焊熔融深度和结合面积,又能避免流铅短路现象产生,从而保证由单体组成的12V铅酸蓄电池的生产成品率,提高电池大电流放电性能,延长电池使用寿命。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种铅酸蓄电池极柱,特别是12V铅酸蓄电池的单体连接极柱。
背景技术
12V阀控密封铅酸蓄电池通常由内部的六个单体极群组成,每个单体电压为2V,六个单体串联形成12V。单体之间的连接极柱采用与蓄电池极板同等材质的铅合金制成,起到汇集电流并导电的作用。在实际制造过程中,需要通过焊接的方式将各单体的连接极柱一一烧焊熔合在一起。现有单体连接极柱成直立式,在焊接过程中难免会产生一些熔融深度不够或焊接流铅导致内部短路,甚至虚焊的现象,严重降低电池大电流放电性能,而且烧焊处因接触电阻过大产生热量集中,严重时熔化电池外壳,产生致命影响。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有单体连接极柱不能保证焊接质量的缺陷,提供一种既能保证烧焊熔融深度和结合面积,又能避免流铅短路现象的用于12V铅酸蓄电池的单体连接极柱。
本实用新型的技术方案是:12V铅酸蓄电池单体连接极柱,相邻单体连接极柱相互靠近,其改进之处是相邻单体连接极柱相对面的顶部各有一个斜面,两斜面对接形成V形槽,并且两斜面底部各有一个上下位置错开、彼此重叠贴紧的凸台。
进一步的方案是:所述V形槽夹角为30°~90°。
采用以上技术方案,在对相邻单体连接极柱焊接时,熔化的铅合金能够迅速填满V形槽,并且由于V形槽底部错位凸台的阻挡不会顺着两极柱之间的缝隙流入到单体极群内部。这样,既能保证连接极柱的烧焊熔融深度和结合面积,又能避免流铅短路现象的发生,从而保证焊接质量,提高电池大电流放电性能,延长电池使用寿命。

2.按权利要求1所述12V铅酸蓄电池单体连接极柱,其特征是所述V形槽夹角为30°~90°。
