[0005] 压电装置需要用于给该压电装置提供电功率的源或者移除该压电装置产生的电 功率的接口。
[0006] 一个可能的接口是通过将为一个或多个电极形式的接触材料施加到压电基板来 提供。现有技术的压电装置已经使用了通过溅射或无电镀的化学沉积来沉积的电极,该电 极由可焊性的以接附导线或金属线的材料制成。现有技术的一些电极是由例如镍、金或锡 的材料来形成的。
[0007] 不幸的是,金用作电极材料很昂贵,无电镀的镍对于陶瓷基板具有低的粘接强度。

具体实施方式

Claims (12)
- 一种压电组件,其特征在于,包括:至少具有顶表面和底表面的压电基板;限定在顶表面上的顶电极;限定在顶电极中的第一孔;限定在底表面上的底电极;和在该第一孔中布置的第一厚膜焊接垫,该第一厚膜焊接垫电接触该顶电极。
- 2.根据权利要求1所述的压电组件,还包括被限定在底电极中的第二孔。
- 3.根据权利要求2所述的压电组件,还包括布置在第二孔中的第二厚膜焊接垫,该第 二厚膜焊接垫电接触该底电极。
- 4.根据权利要求1所述的压电组件,还包括被布置在顶表面上的第二厚膜焊接垫。
- 5.根据权利要求4所述的压电组件,其中该顶电极伸长小于顶表面的整个长度并且第 二厚膜焊接垫布置在顶表面的未被该顶电极覆盖的区域上。
- 6.根据权利要求5所述的压电组件,其中该第二厚膜焊接垫环绕压电基板的顶表面和 其中一个侧表面。
- 7. 一种压电组件,其特征在于,包括:具有顶表面、底表面和至少一个侧表面的压电基板; 限定在顶表面的一部分上的顶电极; 限定在顶电极中的第一孔; 限定在底表面上的底电极;在该第一孔中布置的第一厚膜焊接垫,该第一厚膜焊接垫电接触该顶电极;和 第二厚膜焊接垫,其布置在顶表面上并且延伸到该侧表面上面,该第二厚膜焊接垫电 接触底电极。
- 8.根据权利要求7所述的压电组件,其中第一和第二厚膜焊接垫位于顶表面上面并且 彼此间隔开。
- 9.根据权利要求7所述的压电组件,其中该第二厚膜焊接垫布置在压电基板的顶表面 的端部上面。
- 10. 一种压电组件,其特征在于,包括: 至少具有顶表面和底表面的压电基板;分别限定在该压电基板的顶表面和底表面上的顶电极和底电极; 分别限定在该顶电极和底电极中的第一孔和第二孔;和分别布置在该第一孔和第二孔中的第一和第二厚膜焊接垫,该第一和第二厚膜焊接垫 分别电接触所述顶电极和底电极。
- 11.根据权利要求10所述的压电组件,其中该第一和第二厚膜焊接垫以正好相对的关 系被布置。
- 12.根据权利要求10所述的压电组件,其中该顶电极和底电极由薄膜材料形成并且具有小于第一和第二厚膜焊接垫的厚度的厚度。
