背景技术
目前，随着发动机排放法规及汽车回收环保法规要求的日益严格，发动机供油系统的工作压力及精密性也相应提高，为防止供油系统的磨损对工作性能及可靠性的影响，燃油滤清器的设计及保养过程中的更换回收就彰显重要性。旋装式滤清器保养时壳体和滤芯及骨架一起更换，浪费资源，污染环境。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可拆式环保燃油细滤器。与传统燃油细滤器相比，该燃油细滤器除具备加热燃油、滤芯堵塞报警外，该燃油细滤器总成为整体可拆式设计。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：
可拆式环保燃油细滤器，它包括壳体、骨架总成、排气阀、细滤器芯总成和上盖，骨架总成旋装在壳体上，细滤器芯总成径向密封安装在骨架总成上，其特征为：它还包括加热器和堵塞报警器，加热器和堵塞报警器分别位于壳体的进油口和压力腔上，由上盖固定密封，排气口由骨架总成伸出到壳体顶部，壳体上开有排气回油口。
本实用新型结构具有使滤清器内的空气及细滤器保养时壳体内的燃油自动回到油箱，模块化的设计，结构更加紧凑，简化外围管路连接，降低成本。

可拆式环保燃油细滤器，它包括壳体1、骨架总成2、排气阀8、细滤器芯总成3和上盖6，骨架总成2旋装在壳体1上，细滤器芯总成3径向密封安装在骨架总成2上，其特征为：它还包括加热器4和堵塞报警器5，加热器4和堵塞报警器5分别位于壳体1的进油口和压力腔上，由上盖6固定密封，排气口7由骨架总成2伸出到壳体1顶部，壳体1上开有排气回油口9，排气阀8位于骨架总成2上。
如图1所示，本实用新型为整体可拆式设计，其壳体1采用压铸铝结构通过壳体上压铸出来的固定点固定在发动机上，将细滤器芯总成3装配好后，将上盖6和壳体1螺纹旋紧进行密封；细滤器芯总成3与骨架总成2也可拆卸，该细滤器芯总成3的设计使用细滤器芯总成3与骨架总成2可分离式设计，总成保养时只需更换细滤器芯总成3，而无需更换骨架总成2，最大限度降低成本，而且更换下来的细滤器芯总成3全部为非金属件，利于环保回收处理；本实用型新另一特征是在壳体1上增加了排气回油口9，根据供油系统的需要，在壳体1上集成了排气回油口9，在工作过程中如果滤清器内进入空气，该排气回油口9可随时排掉进入滤清器内的气体，利于供油系统的正常工作，另外该排气回油口9可保证在保养细滤器芯总成3时，使滤清器内的燃油自动回到油箱；排气口7由骨架总成2伸出到壳体1顶部，孔径为φ0.7，当壳体1内有空气时实现实时排气，保养回油由细滤器芯总成3与壳体1配合实现，当保养细滤器芯总成3时，拧开上盖，细滤器芯总成3随上盖6一起上移，随之细滤器芯总成3和壳体1脱开，壳体1内进入空气，壳体1内燃油回流到油箱。
