本实用新型公开了一种浮罩式沼气池,包括敞口池体和浮动顶罩,所述浮动顶罩下开口端部没入敞口池体中的沼液内,浮动顶罩顶部设有沼气出口,所述敞口池体内竖直设置至少两根导向滑杆,所述浮动顶罩与导向滑杆上下滑动配合;本实用新型的浮动顶罩可沿导向滑杆上下滑动,增加了储气量和沼气池容积,可调节出气压力并保持压力稳定,还可以防止浮动顶罩转动、翻倒和脱离池体,安全可靠。

本实用新型涉及一种沼气池,具体涉及一种浮罩式沼气池。 
背景技术
为了使沼气池输出的沼气压力稳定和增大沼气池的容积,现有技术公开了多种浮罩式沼气池;这些技术的基本手段是:在敞口沼气池上加装一个浮动式顶罩,该浮动式顶罩可以根据主池体内水位的高低和储气量的多少沿主池体内侧面上下浮动,增加了储气量,同时在浮动式顶罩在加装重物,可以调节出气压力、保持压力稳定;上述现有技术虽然能够到达一定的效果,但是也存在以下不足:一是该浮动式顶罩的浮动范围没有有效地限制,一旦沼气池内压力过大,会冲起浮动式顶罩脱离池体,造成沼气大量外泄,引发安全事故;二是当沼气池内压力分布不均匀时,浮动式顶罩可能会因受力不均而翻倒;三是浮动式顶罩为圆形,因无周向定位,易产生周向转动,使导气管缠绕。 
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能调节储气空间,保持沼气压力稳定,同时安全可靠的浮罩式沼气池。 
本实用新型的浮罩式沼气池,包括敞口池体和浮动顶罩,所述浮动顶罩下开口端部没入敞口池体中的沼液内,浮动顶罩顶部设有沼气出口,所述敞口池体内竖直设置至少两根导向滑杆,所述浮动顶罩与导向滑杆上下滑动配合。 
进一步,所述浮动顶罩设置竖直通孔,竖直通孔内装有衬套,衬套裹住所述导向滑杆并与导向滑杆上下滑动配合; 
进一步,所述导向滑杆的上端设有可拆卸的限位块,所述限位块与敞口池体的敞口平齐; 
进一步,所述导向滑杆至少为三根; 
进一步,所述浮动顶罩为半球形。 
本实用新型的有益效果在于: 
1、浮动顶罩可沿导向滑杆上下滑动,增大了储气空间,同时与传统沼气池相比,即使储气压力增加也不会减少沼液的容量,因此同时增加了储气量和沼气池容积。 
2、浮动顶罩的重量与沼气池内气压和沼液的浮力相平衡时,浮动顶罩才稳定,一方面可以调整储气空间,另一方面保持沼气池内气压稳定,将沼气的出气压力调整到不小于1.6KPa的行业规定并保持恒定,从而保证用气设备正常稳定工作。 
3、储气量减少时,浮动顶罩压入沼液中,自动破碎池体表面浮渣结的壳。 
4、浮动顶罩可沿导向滑杆上下滑动,从而达到上述1-3的效果,同时由于导向滑杆的限制,浮动顶罩不会周向转动,也不会翻倒;另外,在导向滑杆上设置限位块,限位块与敞口池体的敞口平齐,可有效防止当池内压力过大时冲起浮动顶罩脱离池体,保证沼气不会泄漏,安全可靠。 
5、需要清理时,取出浮动顶罩更方便除渣清理。

具体实施方式
以下将参照附图,对本实用新型的优选实施例进行详细的描述。 
如图1所示,本实用新型的浮罩式沼气池,包括敞口池体1和浮动顶罩2,所述浮动顶罩2下开口端部没入敞口池体1中的沼液6内,浮动顶罩2顶部设 有沼气出口3,所述敞口池体1内竖直设置至少两根导向滑杆4,所述浮动顶罩2与导向滑杆4上下滑动配合。 
本实施例中,所述浮动顶罩2设置竖直通孔,竖直通孔内装有衬套7,衬套7裹住所述导向滑杆4并与导向滑杆4上下滑动配合;设置衬套7可以避免导向滑杆4与竖直通孔对磨,起到保护导向滑杆4的作用,同时由于浮动顶罩2通常为薄壁壳体,设置衬套7可以增大与导向滑杆4的接触面,防止浮动顶罩2倾斜。 
本实施例中,所述导向滑杆4的上端设有可拆卸的限位块5,所述限位块5与敞口池体1的敞口平齐,由于限位块5的阻挡,可有效防止当池内压力过大时冲起浮动顶罩2脱离池体,保证沼气不会泄漏,安全可靠。 
本实施例中,所述导向滑杆4至少为三根,三根以上的导向滑杆4,可以使浮动顶罩2更稳定。 
本实施例中,所述浮动顶罩2为半球形。 
本实用新型沼气池在使用过程中,根据沼气池内气量的多少,浮动顶罩2沿导向滑杆4上下滑动,浮动顶罩2的重量与沼气池内气压和沼液6的浮力相平衡时,浮动顶罩2才稳定,一方面可以调整储气空间,另一方面保持沼气池内气压稳定,将沼气的出气压力调整到不小于1.6KPa的行业规定并保持恒定,从而保证用气设备正常稳定工作。 
储气量减少时,浮动顶罩2压入沼液中,自动破碎池体表面浮渣结的壳;由于导向滑杆4的限制,浮动顶罩2不会周向转动,也不会翻倒;又由于限位块5的阻挡,可有效防止当池内压力过大时冲起浮动顶罩2脱离池体,保证沼气不会泄漏,安全可靠;需要清理时,只需拆下限位块5即可取出浮动顶罩2,方便除渣清理。

1.一种浮罩式沼气池,其特征在于:包括敞口池体(1)和浮动顶罩(2),所述浮动顶罩(2)下开口端部没入敞口池体(1)中的沼液(6)内,浮动顶罩(2)顶部设有沼气出口(3),所述敞口池体(1)内竖直设置至少两根导向滑杆(4),所述浮动顶罩(2)与导向滑杆(4)上下滑动配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的浮罩式沼气池,其特征在于:所述浮动顶罩(2)设置竖直通孔,竖直通孔内装有衬套(7),衬套(7)裹住所述导向滑杆(4)并与导向滑杆(4)上下滑动配合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的浮罩式沼气池,其特征在于:所述导向滑杆(4)的上端设有可拆卸的限位块(5),所述限位块(5)与敞口池体(1)的敞口平齐。
4.根据权利要求1所述的浮罩式沼气池,其特征在于:所述导向滑杆(4)至少为三根。
