本实用新型公开了一种沼气池反应装置缓冲器,包括溢流槽,在溢流槽的下部连有进料管,进料管的出口处位于缓冲罐的下部,出料管的入口处位于缓冲罐的上部,在缓冲罐上连接有导气管,该技术能防止沼气泄露并及时排走沼液,保持沼气池反应装置内压力恒定,防止沼气池反应装置内压强低于外界大气压强发生内陷破裂,并能防止原工艺U形管堵塞;该装置简便可靠、造价低廉、运行通畅、不需人工控制、安全方便。

本实用新型涉及一种缓冲装置,尤其是一种沼气池反应装置缓冲器。
背景技术
沼气作为一种清洁干净的新能源正在得到越来越多的广泛使用。目前建造的沼气池大多没有沼气池反应装置缓冲器,因此当沼气池中的沼液过多时无法有效地排出,另外当沼气池反应装置中气体产生量较小时会使反应装置的内压低于外界大气压强,造成沼气池反应装置内陷破裂;另外原工艺的U形管容易发生堵塞现象并且要对溢流管进行保温,增加了成本。

本实用新型的技术任务是针对上述技术中的不足提供一种新型沼气池反应装置缓冲器。
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种新型沼气池反应装置缓冲器,包括溢流槽,在溢流槽的下部连有进料管,进料管的出口处位于缓冲罐的下部,出料管的入口处位于缓冲罐的上部,在缓冲罐上连接有导气管。
本实用新型所能带来的有益效果是:
1、防止沼气发生泄露并及时排走沼液。
2、保持沼气池反应装置内压力恒定,防止反应装置内陷破裂及原工艺U形管堵塞。
3、不用对溢流管实施保温措施,降低了成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做以下详细说明:
如图1所示,本实用新型所提供的这种沼气池反应装置缓冲器包括溢流槽5,在溢流槽5的下部连有进料管1,进料管1的出口处位于缓冲罐2的下部,出料管3的入口处位于缓冲罐2的上部,在缓冲罐2上连接有导气管4。当反应装置内的沼液过多时就会通过溢流槽5顺着进料管1流入到缓冲罐2中,当液面达到出料管3的上端时,沼液就会顺着出料管3流到外界,当沼液顺着出料管3流出时因为有导气管4与外界相通,因此不会造成沼液下流时缓冲罐2内气压下降,整个反应装置也不会气压下降,最终避免了反应装置内陷破裂及原工艺U形管的堵塞现象。整个反应装置缓冲器由支架6支撑。
