本实用新型涉及一种塑料塑变加热挤出装置,包括机身,其特征在于:所述机身设有螺杆挤出传动机构和螺杆驱动机构,所述机身上设有塑料米进料漏斗,所述进料漏斗通往螺杆挤出传动机构的进料端,所述机身上还设有位于进料端的螺杆挤出传动机构的外围加热套和用于冷却机身的冷却水套。本实用新型能将塑料米加热熔融后传送至下一道工序加工,不仅工作效率高,而且节省了资源,降低了生产使用成本。

本实用新型涉及一种塑料塑变加热挤出装置。
背景技术
传统的化工厂通常先将塑料米放在熔炉中融化后,在运至下一工序,这样不仅生产效率低下,而且融化的塑料米在运送过程中难免冷却凝固,从而影响产品质量,甚至无法进行加工。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种塑料塑变加热挤出装置,该装置能将塑料米加热熔融后传送至下一道工序加工,不仅工作效率高,而且节省了资源,降低了生产使用成本。
本实用新型的特征在于:一种塑料塑变加热挤出装置,包括机身,其特征在于:所述机身设有螺杆挤出传动机构和螺杆驱动机构,所述机身上设有塑料米进料漏斗,所述进料漏斗通往螺杆挤出传动机构的进料端,所述机身上还设有位于进料端的螺杆挤出传动机构的外围加热套和用于冷却机身的冷却水套。
本实用新型的优点:1.由于在螺杆挤出传动机构外围设有加热套,所以该装置能将加热和传送同时进行,既提高工作效率又保证工作质量。2.机身上的温度传感器能将温度信号传给PLC智能控制器,在机身温度高于设定温度时才打开电磁阀,通入冷却水进行冷却,节约了资源,降低了成本。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
参考图1,一种塑料塑变加热挤出装置,包括机身1,其特征在于:所述机身设有螺杆挤出传动机构2和螺杆驱动机构3,所述机身1上设有塑料米进料漏斗4,所述进料漏斗4通往螺杆挤出传动机构2的进料端4-1,所述机身1上还设有位于进料端4-1的螺杆挤出传动机构2的外围加热套5和用于冷却机身1的冷却水套6。
为了实现智能控制,节约资源,所述机身1上设置有温度传感器7,所述温度传感器经PLC智能控制器8和电磁阀9,以实现对冷却水流量的控制。

1.一种塑料塑变加热挤出装置,包括机身,其特征在于:所述机身设有螺杆挤出传动机构和螺杆驱动机构,所述机身上设有塑料米进料漏斗,所述进料漏斗通往螺杆挤出传动机构的进料端,所述机身上还设有位于进料端的螺杆挤出传动机构的外围加热套和用于冷却机身的冷却水套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料塑变加热挤出装置,其特征在于:所述机身上设置有温度传感器,所述温度传感器经PLC智能控制器和电磁阀,以实现对冷却水流量的控制。
