Abstract

驱动桥用液压拨叉式钢球锁止差速锁,包括滑动接合套、钢球、中央壳体、衬套、活塞杆、压缩弹簧、弹簧座、挡圈、拨叉、差速器等。将钢球镶嵌于差速器的槽部,使其转动灵活自如,滑动接合套通过导向键安装在差速器上;衬套采用均衡压力压装于中央壳体上,其端面与中央壳体孔口平齐;活塞杆套入衬套孔内,通过挡圈固定;拨叉通过锥面配合固定于活塞杆上,其卡爪通过调整滑动接合套前后位置,固定于滑动接合套的开槽处,通过锁紧螺母固定。本实用新型可保证车轮在打滑时使其他驱动轮获得足够的驱动力,反应速度快,锁紧系数高,效能安全可靠,生产成本低,从而扩大了该差速锁的应用范围,可用于地面车辆机械,更受到井下运输机械的青睐。

技术领域
本实用新型属于车辆领域,涉及一种驱动桥用液压拨叉式钢球锁止差速锁。
背景技术
目前,国内主流的车辆部件中,驱动桥所用的差速锁通常有机械式和齿面式两种。机械式差速锁一般要在停车状态下切换,而且过早按上或过晚摘下差速锁,即使在路况较好的情况下,左、右车轮仍为刚性连接,这种状况会对车辆的轮胎造成严重的磨损;而齿面式差速锁不可手动控制,必须等到转速差出现的时候才起作用,反应速度略慢。这两种形式的差速锁虽然使用功能较好,可以使驱动轮获得有效的驱动力,但是前者操作繁琐,后者造价成本较高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可靠性好、耐高温、结构紧凑、维修方便、能保证获得足够的驱动力的驱动桥用液压拨叉式钢球锁止差速锁。
本实用新型的技术方案是:驱动桥用液压拨叉式钢球锁止差速锁包括滑动接合套,导向键,钢球,中央壳体,衬套,活塞杆,耐磨带,O型密封圈,压缩弹簧,弹簧座,轴用限位挡圈,孔用限位挡圈,锁紧螺母,拨叉,差速器。将钢球镶嵌于差速器的槽部,使其转动灵活自如,滑动接合套通过导向键安装在差速器上;衬套采用均衡压力压装于中央壳体上,其端面与中央壳体孔口平齐;活塞杆套入衬套孔内,通过孔用限位挡圈固定;拨叉通过锥面配合固定于活塞杆上,其卡爪通过调整滑动接合套前后位置,固定于滑动接合套的开槽处,通过锁紧螺母固定。
耐磨带、O型密封圈、压缩弹簧、弹簧座及轴用限位挡圈依次套在活塞杆上。
本实用新型采用上述技术方案后产生的积极效果是:车轮打滑时保证其他驱动轮可以获得足够的驱动力,反应速度快,锁紧系数高,效能安全可靠,而且生产成本低,从而扩大了液压拨叉式钢球锁止差速锁的应用范围,不仅可用于拖拉机和轮式挖掘机,而且更受到井下运输机械等有特殊要求的工程机械的青睐。

具体实施方式
如附图所示,在本实施例中,驱动桥用液压拨叉式钢球锁止差速锁由滑动接合套1,导向键2,钢球3,中央壳体4,衬套5,活塞杆6,耐磨带7,O型密封圈8,压缩弹簧9,弹簧座10,轴用限位挡圈11,孔用限位挡圈12,锁紧螺母13,拨叉14,差速器15组成。将钢球3镶嵌于差速器15的槽部,使其转动灵活自如,滑动接合套1通过导向键2安装在差速器15上;衬套5采用均衡压力压装于中央壳体4上,其端面与中央壳体4孔口平齐;耐磨带7、O型密封圈8、压缩弹簧9、弹簧座10及轴用限位挡圈11依次套在活塞杆6上,使其进入衬套5孔内,通过孔用限位挡圈12固定;拨叉14通过锥面配合固定于活塞杆6上,其卡爪通过调整滑动接合套1前后位置,固定于滑动接合套1的开槽处,通过锁紧螺母13固定。
工作状态时,即有一侧的驱动轮打滑时,由制动总泵来的压力油进入油腔,推动活塞杆6;当压力达到一定程度时,活塞杆6被推开,带动拨叉14推起滑动接合套1向前运动,活塞杆6运动到弹簧座10的位置处,滑动接合套1压下钢球3,镶嵌在差速器15的半轴齿轮槽底部,锁止半轴齿轮,从而将差速器壳与半轴锁紧成一体,使差速器15失去差速作用,可以把全部扭矩转移到另一侧驱动轮上,获得足够的驱动力,摆脱困境。
系统断油后,活塞杆6在压缩弹簧9推动下,将拨叉14、滑动接合套1复位,使得钢球3松开,从而恢复了差速器15的差速功能,也使整机快速正常行驶。

1.一种驱动桥用液压拨叉式钢球锁止差速锁,包括滑动接合套(1)、导向键(2)、钢球(3)、中央壳体(4)、衬套(5)、活塞杆(6)、耐磨带(7)、0型密封圈(8)、压缩弹簧(9)、弹簧座(10)、轴用限位挡圈(11)、孔用限位挡圈(12)、锁紧螺母(13)、拨叉(14)、差速器(15);其特征在于:钢球(3)镶嵌于差速器(15)的槽部,转动灵活自如,滑动接合套(1)通过导向键(2)安装在差速器(15)上;衬套(5)采用均衡压力压装于中央壳体(4)上,其端面与中央壳体(4)孔口平齐;活塞杆(6)套入衬套(5)孔内,通过孔用限位挡圈(12)固定;拨叉(14)通过锥面配合固定于活塞杆(6)上,其卡爪通过调整滑动接合套(1)前后位置,固定于滑动接合套(1)的开槽处,通过锁紧螺母(13)固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的驱动桥用液压拨叉式钢球锁止差速锁,其特征在于:耐磨带(7)、O型密封圈(8)、压缩弹簧(9)、弹簧座(10)及轴用限位挡圈(11)依次套在活塞杆(6)上。
