本实用新型公开了一种用于钢包包壁、渣线的平砌砖，包括砖体，所述砖体表面为扇形结构。本实用新型的优点在于决定钢包砖最终使用寿命的是钢包的最薄残余，采用扇形砖时同一块砖上各个部位的残余是一样的，钢包的判断相对更准确，提高了钢包用耐材的利用率，更利于钢包的运行安全。且因为扇形砖的外弧是弧形的，和永久层的弧线基本吻合，所以总能与永久层实现较好的结合。扇形砖在第一个包役之后与永久层的接触是一个弧线，受压均匀，在高温、高压环境下也不易从砖坯中间裂断。

本实用新型涉及耐火砖，尤其是涉及一种用于钢包包壁、渣线的平砌砖。
背景技术
目前用于钢包包壁、渣线的平砌砖大多为楔形砖。由于钢包在冶炼的过程中是向四周均匀侵蚀的，钢包又是圆形，而楔形砖的大端为直边，不能和钢包永久层贴紧。即使永久层的浇注和楔形砖同时进行砌筑施工，第二个包役以后的钢包砖的砌筑难度更大，更不容易实现与钢包永久层贴紧。由于钢包砖砌筑好后还要在钢包砖和永久层之间灌高温耐火泥浆，几个包役下来楔形砖砌筑钢包的有效容积将大幅减薄。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种耐材利用率高，同时更利于钢包运行安全的用于钢包包壁、渣线的平砌砖。
