技术领域
本实用新型涉及树脂的成型模具,特别是指一种而易于脱模,提高了聚氨酯树脂成型质量的产品聚氨酯树脂的成型模具。
背景技术
现有对于聚氨酯树脂这类具有高度粘性的树脂材料进行注模的模具一般由铁或铝制成。其中更多的是使用铝,因为铝易于成型。但是由于这类模具在使用过程中,树脂材料不易从铁或铝材质的模具上脱模,导致成型产品质量下降。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术存在的缺点和不足,而提供一种易于脱模有助于提高聚氨酯树脂成型产品质量的一种聚氨酯树脂的成型模具。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是,包括有铝制或铁质的模具本体,所述的模具本体的内面上贴覆设置有脱模层。
进一步设置是所述的脱模层为聚四氟乙烯涂层。
通过上述设置,本实用新型优点在于:脱模性更好,有助于提高聚氨酯树脂的成型质量。

如图1所示的本实用新型的具体实施方式,包括有铝制或铁质的模具本体1,所述的模具本体的内面上贴覆设置有脱模层2,本实施例所述的脱模层2为含有抗静电剂的聚四氟乙烯涂层。所述的抗静电剂可以直接从市面上进行购买,聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)聚合物,其商品名为特氟隆,该聚合物用作模具的表面涂层有利于脱模。

1.一种聚氨酯树脂的成型模具,包括有铝制或铁质的模具本体,其特征在于:所述的模具本体的内面上贴覆设置有脱模层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯树脂的成型模具,其特征在于:所述的脱模层为含有抗静电剂的聚四氟乙烯涂层。
