带压力调节的螺杆挤出机,属于塑料设备领域,包括主体、料筒、伺服电机、液压定量泵、液压缸、压力调节筒和挤出模头,所述主体上安装有料筒,料筒上设有伺服电机、液压定量泵、压力调节筒,料筒左端安装有挤出模头,液压缸安装在压力调节筒上,伺服电机通过转轴和液压定量泵相连接,液压定量泵通过管路和液压缸相连接。所述液压缸的伸缩轴安装在压力调节筒内。所述压力调节筒直接与料筒内的螺杆相连通。本装置只要在料筒的末端加设压力调节装置,可有效防止残留,生产的塑料制品光滑圆润,同时也节省了材料。

背景技术
螺杆挤出机主要用于生产塑料制品,是国民经济中不可缺少的一部分,一般通过模具进行样品成型,就可以作为塑料制品进行使用了,但在挤压末端经常回残留一定的余量边角料而无法去除,影响美观和使用,目前是一个急需解决的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种带压力调节的螺杆挤出机。
本实用新型要解决的问题是现有挤出机挤压末端有残留的不足。
为实现本实用新型的目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:
带压力调节的螺杆挤出机,包括主体、料筒、伺服电机、液压定量泵、液压缸、压力调节筒和挤出模头,所述主体上安装有料筒,料筒上设有伺服电机、液压定量泵、压力调节筒,料筒左端安装有挤出模头,液压缸安装在压力调节筒上,伺服电机通过转轴和液压定量泵相连接,液压定量泵通过管路和液压缸相连接。
所述液压缸的伸缩轴安装在压力调节筒内。
所述压力调节筒直接与料筒内的螺杆相连通。
本实用新型的优点是:本装置只要在料筒的末端加设压力调节装置,可有效防止残留,生产的塑料制品光滑圆润,同时也节省了材料,应具有广泛的市场前景。

带压力调节的螺杆挤出机,包括主体1、料筒2、伺服电机3、液压定量泵4、液压缸5、压力调节筒6和挤出模头7,所述主体1上安装有料筒2,料筒2上设有伺服电机3、液压定量泵4、压力调节筒6,料筒2左端安装有挤出模头7,液压缸5安装在压力调节筒6上,伺服电机3通过转轴和液压定量泵4相连接,液压定量泵4通过管路和液压缸5相连接。
所述液压缸5的伸缩轴安装在压力调节筒6内,在调节筒6内拉升用于调节末端的挤出压力。
所述压力调节筒6直接与料筒2内的螺杆相连通,可以瞬间调节螺杆挤出压力;压力调节筒6安装在料筒2的末端处。
本实用新型的使用方法:当产品挤出完成时,根据实际情况,伺服电机3以一定的转动量带动液压定量泵4工作,液压缸5迅速收缩,降低料筒2内挤出压力,就不会多挤出塑料,使得挤出的产品不会带残留。

1.带压力调节的螺杆挤出机,包括主体(1)、料筒(2)、伺服电机(3)、液压定量泵(4)、液压缸(5)、压力调节筒(6)和挤出模头(7),其特征是:所述主体(1)上安装有料筒(2),料筒(2)上设有伺服电机(3)、液压定量泵(4)、压力调节筒(6),料筒(2)左端安装有挤出模头(7),液压缸(5)安装在压力调节筒(6)上,伺服电机(3)通过转轴和液压定量泵(4)相连接,液压定量泵(4)通过管路和液压缸(5)相连接。
