一种由片头、工字型管、支翼形铝材、片尾、片头管、中管、片尾管组成的压铸铝复合双金属散热器,该散热器用片头管、片尾管和中管焊接组成工字型管,工字型管的片头管和片尾管分别置于压铸模腔内,经压铸机压铸成由铝合金包裹的支翼状结构的片头、片尾的新颖散热器,能够彻底克服因接头所引起的漏水技术问题,同时可根据用制成中心距600-2000mm范围内任何规格的产品,有耐腐蚀、散热效果好、使用寿命长、结构紧凑美观、装饰性和大批量的生产的优点。

本实用新型涉及一种压铸铝与金属管复合的散热器,属于散热器制造技术领域。 
背景技术
目前使用的压铸铝复合散热器和一种插接式散热器,压铸铝复合散热器由于受压机吨位和模具尺寸的限止其中心距在350-600mm之间,若中心距大于600mm就无法生产。插接式散热器是由片头管和片尾管分别压铸复合后与镶有中管的支翼形铝材插接组成,这种类型的散热器由于片头、片尾与支翼形铝材中管的密封一般采用过盈配合密封或密封圈密封,因此产品在生产或使用中往往发生漏水,影响产品使用的可靠性,所以这两种类型的散热器不能确保产品质量,存在着事故隐患,限制了散热器应用市场的发展。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有散热器的不足,提供一种压铸铝与片头和征尾管复合,组成整体式压铸铝复合双金属散热器,该结构形式的散热器,该散热器彻底消除了使用中可能发生漏水的技术难题,保证使用安全,中心距可达2000mm,并不受水源PH值限止,保持长期正常工作。 
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:该散热器由片头、工字型 管、支翼形铝材、片尾、片头管、中管、片尾管组成。支翼型铝材(3)经拉制成,片头管(5)、片尾管(7)、中管(6)组成的工字型管由金属管材经焊接组成,片头管(5)两头制成内螺纹,中部冲成圆孔与中管(6)一端接通焊接成T字型,用挤压法插入支翼型铝材内孔,中管(6)的另一端与片尾管(7)冲出的圆孔接通,按设定的长度焊接成T字型管,工字型管的片头管和片尾管分别置于压铸模腔内,经压铸机压铸,组成由铝合金包裹的支翼状结构的片头(1)、片尾(4)。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:克服了压铸铝插接式散热器因接头所引起的漏水技术问题,同时可根据用户需求,制成中心距600-2000mm范围内任何规格的散热器,有耐腐蚀、散热效果好、使用寿命长、结构紧凑美观、装饰性和大批量的生产的优点。

具体实施方式
在图1、图2中,图3中,中管用挤压法插入支翼形铝材内孔,确定中心距长度,两端接通并焊上片头管和片尾管,在压铸模腔内分别片头管和片尾管压铸,组成由铝合金包裹的支翼状结 构的片头(1)、片尾(4),完成压铸铝复合双金属散热器生产。 

Claims (2)

1.压铸铝复合双金属散热器由片头、工字型管、支翼形铝材、片尾、片头管、中管、片尾管组成,其特征是;片头管(5)、片尾管(7)、中管(6)组成的工字型管,由金属管材经焊接组成,片头管(5)两头制成内螺纹,中部冲成圆孔与中管(6)一端接通焊接成T字型,用挤压法插入支翼型铝材内孔,中管(6)的另一端与片尾管(7)冲出的圆孔接通,按设定的长度焊接成T字型,构成工字型管。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的压铸铝复合双金属散热器其特征是:工字型管的片头管和片尾管分别置于压铸模腔内,经压铸机压铸,组成由铝合金包裹的支翼状结构的片头(1)、片尾(4)。
