Abstract

一种水冷充磁夹具,包括夹具座、密封盖板。夹具座内设置有带散热翅片的冷却水通道。工作时,冷却水循环流经冷却水通道,由于散热翅片的热交换作用,能加快热量的交换速度,有效降低挤出充磁夹具的工作温度,使之不至于过热而影响其正常工作,从而有效地保证塑磁产品的磁性能和外观尺寸、质量等等。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种充磁夹具,尤其涉及一种水冷式挤出充磁夹具。 
背景技术
挤出成型的磁性材料产品在成型后,往往需要再通过充磁夹具进行充磁。充磁夹具在连续长时间工作后,会产生严重的发热,进而影响到产品的磁性能,以及出现划伤产品表面等问题。传统的冷却方式靠风冷或自然冷却,显然达不到工作的要求。 
专利申请号为:200920301592.5的中国实用新型专利,公开了一种挤出充磁夹具的水冷装置的构造。大体是在夹具座上形成有冷却水通道,冷却水通道在长度方向是U型结构,并且冷却水通道的截面呈上部开口的U型结构。挤出充磁夹具工作时产生的热量,通过冷却水通道中流过的冷却水带走,进而可以降低夹具的工作温度,从而提高产品性能的一致性以及保证产品外观尺寸的均匀性。这种装置虽然能起到一定的降温作用,但由于冷却水道的设计过于简单,冷却水与夹具座的热交换接触面积有限,影响了降温过程热交换速度,所以遇到发热量大的充磁夹具时,也不能达到理想的降温效果。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了解决上述问题,而提供的一种能有效降低夹具工作温度的水冷充磁夹具。 
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种水冷充磁夹具,包括夹具座、密封盖板。所述夹具座内设置有带散热翅片的冷却水通道,所述冷却水通道分别与 进水口和出水口相连,以形成一完整的冷却水回路。所述密封盖板安装在夹具座的纵向两端,将冷却水通道密封。 
所述冷却水通道在夹具座的长度方向上呈单路直线型或多路直线型或S型。冷却水通道的截面形状呈一封闭的通孔。通孔的内壁两侧分别布置有若干个散热翅片,散热翅片为有一定厚度的片状结构,散热翅片的纵向与通孔的纵向一致,且与通孔内壁相连,散热翅片之间有一定的间隔空间,以供冷却水通过。 
所述夹具座可以是一个整体制作,为了制作方便,也可以是分解成若干个部件制作,然后组成一个整体。 
从热交换理论我们可以得知:热交换的速度与热交换的冷、热源的温差成正比,同时也与参与热交换冷、热源的热交换面积成正比。我们将冷却水道设计成一组若干个翅片的结构,就是最大限度地加大冷、热源交换面积,大幅度提高冷却水与充磁夹具之间的热交换速度。热量可以方便地从夹具座经过散热翅片,由冷却水带走,从而有效降低挤出充磁夹具的工作温度使之不至于过热而影响其正常工作,有效地保证塑磁产品的磁性能和外观尺寸、质量等。

具体实施方式
参见图1,配合参见图2,本实用新型的一种双路直线型冷却水通道的水冷充磁夹具,包括夹具座1、密封盖板6。夹具座1内设有双路直线型冷却水通道2,散热翅片3布置在冷却水通道的内壁上并与夹具座1连为一体,散热翅片3之间有一定间隔空间以供冷却水通过。冷却水通道2的两端分别与进水口4和出水口5相连。2个连接通道7将两路冷却水通道2的前端与前端相连,后端与后端相连,使由进水口4的进水分由流经两路冷却水道后,从出水口5流出,形成一条完整的冷却水回路。 
冷却水通道2,在长度方向上根据需要可设计成单路直线型或多路直线型或单路S型构造。本实施例为为双路直线型。 
密封盖板6布置在夹具座1的两端,起密封作用。 
冷却水也可用其它冷却介质代替。

1.一种水冷充磁夹具,其特征在于:包括夹具座和密封盖板,所述夹具座内设置有带散热翅片的冷却水通道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水冷充磁夹具,其特征在于:所述冷却水通道的截面形状呈一封闭的通孔,所述通孔的内壁两侧分别布置有若干个散热翅片,所述散热翅片为有一定厚度的片状结构,散热翅片的纵向与通孔的纵向一致,并与通孔内壁相连,各散热翅片之间有一定的间隔空间。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的水冷充磁夹具,其特征在于:所述冷却水通道,在长度方向呈单路直线型或多路直线型或S型。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水冷充磁夹具,其特征在于:所述夹具座可以是一个整体,也可以是若干个分体的组合。
