具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示，本实用新型一种铸铁内衬与铝、铝合金及镁合金压铸复合暖气片，由暖气片体、暖气片体内设置的热源循环水腔、以及进水口和出水口构成；其特征是：暖气片体由内部的铸铁内衬1与外部的铝、铝合金或镁合金复合暖气片部分2复合而成；其中：在所述的铸铁内衬内设置的热源循环水腔、并且设有进水口3和出水口4，铸铁内衬的材料为灰口铸铁或球墨铸铁。
本实用新型一种铸铁内衬与铝、铝合金及镁合金压铸复合暖气片，首先采用灰口铸铁或球墨铸铁铸造制成铸铁内衬1，然后采用铝、铝合金及镁合金压铸的方法压铸外部的铝、铝合金或镁合金复合暖气片部分2。该复合暖气片是由两种不同铸造工艺制造出来的。
本实用新型即有铝、铝合金及镁合金复合暖气片的重量轻，外形美观优点，又有铸铁暖气片耐腐蚀，使用寿命长的特点，并且降低了制造和使用成本。

1.一种铸铁内衬与铝、铝合金及镁合金压铸复合暖气片，由暖气片体、暖气片体内设置的热源循环水腔、以及进水口和出水口构成；其特征是：暖气片体由内部的铸铁内衬（1）与外部的铝、铝合金或镁合金复合暖气片部分（2）复合而成；其中：在所述的铸铁内衬内设置的热源循环水腔、并且设有进水口和出水口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铸铁内衬与铝、铝合金及镁合金压铸复合暖气片，其特征是：所述的铸铁内衬的材料为灰口铸铁或球墨铸铁。
