Abstract

一种动力输入在中间的电动汽车二档变速装置，其特征在于：一档制动器连接内齿圈，输入轮通过传动齿轮传动连接太阳轮，太阳轮与行星轮啮合，行星架传动连接另一太阳轮，壳体内固定另一齿圈，另一太阳轮与另一行星轮啮合，另一行星架连接差速器；内齿圈上固定二档离合器。本实用新型能够实现运行时自动换档体积小、便于布置、成本低、结构简单、维修方便。

技术领域
本实用新型属于变速器领域，尤其是涉及一种电动汽车动力输入在中间的二档变速装置。
背景技术
目前，市场上的电动机二档变速装置不能实现汽车运行时自动换档，需要驻车换档。虽然市场已有一档变速装置，但满足不了整车运行扭矩、转速与动力输出的配比。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能够实现运行时自动换档的电动汽车二档变速装置，以适应电动汽车运行的需要。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供一种动力输入在中间的电动汽车二档变速装置，其特征在于：一档制动器连接内齿圈，输入轮通过传动齿轮传动连接太阳轮，太阳轮与行星轮啮合，行星架传动连接另一太阳轮，壳体内固定另一齿圈，另一太阳轮与另一行星轮啮合，另一行星架连接差速器；内齿圈上固定二档离合器。
本实用新型能够实现运行时自动换档体积小、便于布置、成本低、结构简单、维修方便。

具体实施方式
参照附图，前进档：1档时，一档制动器3制动内齿圈4，动力由输入轮1 (顺)、金属链或带2至传动齿轮16(顺)至太阳轮8(顺)，内齿圈4固定，行星轮5(逆)在内齿圈4内爬行，至行星架7(顺)至太阳轮9(顺)，内齿圈12固定，行星轮13(顺)在内齿圈12内爬行带动行星架14输出(顺)至差速器15，从而到半轴及车轮10(顺)，11是壳体；
2档时，一档制动器3释放，二档离合器6接合，动力经输入轮1(顺)、金属链或带2至传动齿轮16(顺)至太阳轮8(顺)，行星轮5只公转不自转即内齿圈4和行星架7同步转动，输出至太阳轮9，内齿圈12固定，行星轮13(逆)在内齿圈12内爬行带动行星架14输出至差速器15，从而到半轴及车轮10；
R1档：电动机反向转动(其余与前进1档相同)，一档制动器3制动内齿圈4，动力由输入轮1、金属链或带2至齿轮16，至行星架7至太阳轮9，内齿圈12固定，行星架14输出至差速器15，从而到半轴及车轮10；
R2档：电动机反向转动(其余与前进2档相同)，一档制动器3制动器释放，二档离合器6接合，动力经输入轮1、金属链或带2至齿轮16至太阳轮8，内齿圈4和行星架7同步，至太阳轮9，内齿圈12固定，行星架14输出至差速器15，从而到半轴及车轮10；
空档：二档离合器6和一档制动器3不工作，变速器无动力输入；
驻车档：锁止行星架14。
输入轮1和齿轮16通过不同半径可有一个理想传动比。

1.一种动力输入在中间的电动汽车二档变速装置，其特征在于：一档制动器连接内齿圈，输入轮通过传动齿轮传动连接太阳轮，太阳轮与行星轮啮合，行星架传动连接另一太阳轮，壳体内固定另一齿圈，另一太阳轮与另一行星轮啮合，另一行星架连接差速器；内齿圈上固定二档离合器。
