背景技术
煤气管道上有的煤气阀密封要求高，目前所用煤气阀采用是静态密封，即在阀体和阀板设有凸起的密封环，采用这种密封环的煤气阀在开始使用时，阀板开启不灵活方便，在使用一段时间后，密封环磨损较快，产生间隙，容易造成煤气泄漏，引起安全事故。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种动态密封的插板阀。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下方式实现的：一种流体压力密封插板阀，包括阀体，阀板箱，阀板，气缸，气缸固定在阀板箱上，气缸活塞杆连接销连接在阀板上，在阀板箱上有阀板导轨，在阀体与阀板的接触面上开有环形槽，在环形槽中移动式密封环，在阀体上开有连通孔连通环形槽；气油缸中的活塞将气油缸隔成加压油缸和加压气缸，在加压油缸有弹簧，加压油缸有加压油管，加压油管接在连通孔上，在加压气缸接有加压气管。
本实用新型具有如下的有益效果，由于在阀体与阀板的接触面上开有环形槽，在环形槽中移动式密封环，在阀体上开有连通孔连通环形槽，通过气油缸对移动式密封环的加压和卸压，当阀关闭时，移动式密封环由于油压的作用，紧压在阀板上，保证阀板与阀体之间紧密封，保证泄漏；当需要打开阀时，气油缸卸压，加压油缸中的弹簧将移动回推，液压油回流，移动式密封环失压，阀板很容易打开，实现阀的动态密封。

如图1、图2、图3、图4所示，一种流体压力密封插板阀，包括阀体1，阀板箱2，阀板3，气缸5，气缸5固定在阀板箱2上，气缸活塞杆16连接销17连接在阀板3上，在阀板箱2上有阀板导轨4，在阀体1与阀板3的接触面上开有环形槽8，在环形槽8中移动式密封环7，在阀体1上开有连通孔6连通环形槽8；气油缸9中的活塞10将气油缸9隔成加压油缸11和加压气缸12，在加压油缸11有弹簧13，加压油缸11有加压油管14，加压油管14接在连通孔6上，在加压气缸12接有加压气管15。

1.一种流体压力密封插板阀，包括阀体[1]，阀板箱[2]，阀板[3]，气缸[5]，气缸[5]固定在阀板箱[2]上，气缸活塞杆[16]连接销[17]连接在阀板[3]上，在阀板箱[2]上有阀板导轨[4]，其特征在于：在阀体[1]与阀板[3]的接触面上开有环形槽[8]，在环形槽[8]中可移动式密封环[7]，在阀体[1]上开有连通孔[6]连通环形槽[8]；气油缸[9]中的活塞[10]将气油缸[9]隔成加压油缸[11]和加压气缸[12]，在加压油缸[11]有弹簧[13]，加压油缸[11]有加压油管[14]，加压油管[14]接在连通孔[6]上，在加压气缸[12]接有加压气管[15]。
