本实用新型公开了一种散热良好的LED日光灯。散热良好的LED日光灯,包括铝散热管(1)和灯罩(2),铝散热管(1)上装设有PCB基板(3),PCB基板(3)上设有LED芯片(4),所述的铝散热管(1)上设有散热孔(5)。LED芯片发光产生的热量经基板传导至铝散热管,空气可从铝散热管两端的散热孔进入到管内,辐射到铝散热管管内的热量即可与管外空气形成对流,达到降低铝散热管内温度的目的。本实用新型可使辐射于管内的热量与管外温度达成一致,使整支铝散热管温度得以下降,有效延长LED日光灯寿命。此外还具有制造方便,制造成本低等优点,具有很强的实用性和推广价值。

本实用新型属于LED照明灯具的技术领域,具体是指一种散热良好的LED日光灯。
背景技术
目前,由于LED具有节能、环保、寿命长等优点,已经广泛应用于LED日光灯上。LED在工作时会产生大量热量,如无法及时散热,会影响LED的寿命。业内现今普遍做法是使用性价比高,导热系数好的铝作为铝散热管,由LED芯片传导于铝散热管的热量向两个方向散热:其一,辐射于管外,与空气形成对流,较快把热量散去;其二,辐射于管内。但通常LED日光灯灯管的是封闭的,无法与空气形成对流,难以把热量散发出去,影响了铝散热管快速地散热。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可将管内的热量散发出去的散热良好的LED日光灯。
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种散热方法:散热良好的LED日光灯,包括铝散热管和灯罩,铝散热管上装设有PCB基板,PCB基板上设有LED芯片,所述的铝散热管上设有散热孔。
所述的散热孔至少为两个。
所述的散热孔设置在铝散热管的两端。
本实用新型工作时,LED芯片发光产生的热量经基板传导至铝散热管,空气可从铝散热管两端的散热孔进入到管内,辐射到铝散热管管内的热量即可与管外空气形成对流,达到降低铝散热管内温度的目的。本实用新型可使辐射于管内的热量与管外温度达成一致,使整支铝散热管温度得以下降,有效延长LED日光灯寿命。此外还具有制造方便,制造成本低等优点,具有很强的实用性和推广价值。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,本实用新型所述的散热良好的LED日光灯,包括铝散热管1和灯罩2,铝散热管1中装设电源部件。铝散热管1上装设有PCB基板3,PCB基板3上设有若干个LED芯片4,所述的铝散热管1上设有散热孔5。所述的散热孔5设置在铝散热管1的两端,所述的散热孔5至少为两个。其具体设置方式是在LED日光灯铝散热管两端各开孔一组散热孔5,散热孔5的开孔数量视日光灯瓦数级别而定。
工作时,LED芯片4发光产生的热量经基板传导至铝散热管1,空气可从铝散热管1两端的散热孔进入到管内,辐射到铝散热管1管内的热量即可与管外空气形成对流,达到降低铝散热管内温度的目的,这样可使辐射于管内的热量与管外温度达成一致,使整支铝散热管温度得以下降,有效延长LED日光灯寿命。经测试,在温度为28℃的环境下,使用带散热孔的1.2米19瓦LED日光灯测试出其外表面温度为37℃,比不带散热孔的1.2米19瓦LED日光灯的LED日光灯,温度降低3℃。远远低于LED芯片PN结中心温度要<85℃的要求。
总之,本实用新型虽然例举了上述优选实施方式,但是应该说明,虽然本领域的技术人员可以进行各种变化和改型,除非这样的变化和改型偏离了本实用新型的范围,否则都应该包括在本实用新型的保护范围内。

1.一种散热良好的LED日光灯,包括铝散热管(1)和灯罩(2),铝散热管(1)上装设有PCB基板(3),PCB基板(3)上设有LED芯片(4),其特征在于:所述的铝散热管(1)上设有散热孔(5)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的散热良好的LED日光灯,其特征在于:所述的散热孔(5)至少为两个。
3.按照权利要求2所述的散热良好的LED日光灯,其特征在于:所述的散热孔(5)设置在铝散热管(1)的两端。
