一种LED球泡灯,包括灯头、铝散热器、PCB线路板、焊接于PCB线路板上的LED发光组件及球面灯罩,其特点是PCB线路板与铝散热器通过固定孔用螺栓连接,铝散热器的侧面开有散热槽,PCB线路板上设有散热孔。本实用新型的LED球泡灯结构简单由于散热槽及PCB线路板上散热孔的设计,增加了空气对流,增加了LED光源组件以空气对流的方式进行散热的散热途径,提高了LED光源组件的可靠性及LED球泡灯的寿命。

本实用新型涉及一种LED球泡灯。
背景技术
在全球能源短缺、环保要求不断提高的情况下,发展具有节能、环保、长寿命、无辐射等优点的半导体照明光源对节能、环保和建设节约型社会具有重要战略意义。LED球泡灯具有光效高、寿命长、无汞污染、节能约50%以上等特点,且灯头为标准的E27灯头,可直接替换现有的白炽灯、节能灯,在酒店、宾馆、家居等照明领域得到广泛应用。现有技术的LED球泡灯其电源驱动均内置于铝散热器内,同时为了与铝散热器进行绝缘,采用绝缘胶布或热缩套管对电源驱动进行包裹,导致电源驱动处于全密封状态,且LED光源组件亦处于散热器与灯罩的全密封空间内,LED球泡灯工作时,LED光源组件产生大量热量,通过铝散热器以热传导方式进行散热,从而导致内置于铝散热器内的电源驱动在高温环境下进行工作,缩短了电源驱动的使用寿命,降低了LED球泡灯的可靠性。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种结构简单、散热效果好、使用寿命长的LED球泡灯。
本实用新型的LED球泡灯,包括灯头、铝散热器、PCB线路板、焊接于PCB线路板上的LED发光组件及球面灯罩,其特点是PCB线路板与铝散热器通过固定孔用螺栓连接,铝散热器的侧面开有散热槽,PCB线路板上设有散热孔。
本实用新型的LED球泡灯结构简单由于散热槽及PCB线路板上散热孔的设计,增加了空气对流,增加了LED光源组件以空气对流的方式进行散热的散热途径,提高了LED光源组件的可靠性及LED球泡灯的寿命。

1.一种LED球泡灯,包括灯头、铝散热器(1)、PCB线路板(3)、焊接于PCB线路板(3)上的LED发光组件(6)及球面灯罩,其特征在于:PCB线路板(3)与铝散热器(1)通过固定孔(4)用螺栓连接,铝散热器(1)的侧面开有散热槽(7),PCB线路板(3)上设有散热孔(5)及导线过线孔(2)。
