背景技术:
全氢煤气罩式退火炉的炉内保护气体是氢气,氢气由风机吹入,在退火炉的内罩中形成对流,将热量传给内罩中的钢卷进行加热。在整个退火过程中,氢气连续不断地吹入,内罩中的温度高达850℃,使钢卷发生化学反应,引起内罩中氢气露点升高,导致钢卷在退火过程中发生氧化,使钢卷质量降低。
发明内容:
本实用新型旨在提供降低退火炉氢气露点的装置,目的是可以利用海绵钛优先与退火炉中氧气发生化学反应,从而减少退火炉中的氧气,降低内罩中氢气露点,避免与退火炉中钢卷发生化学反应,提高钢卷的质量。
本实用新型包括壳体,其特征是壳体上均匀布满孔,壳体上设有四根金属杆,壳体内装有海绵钛颗粒。
将本实用新型放置于钢卷的顶部,随钢卷进入退火炉中进行退火,海绵钛优先与退火炉中氧气发生化学反应,从而减少退火炉中的氧气,降低内罩中氢气露点,避免与退火炉中钢卷发生化学反应,提高钢卷的质量。
