本实用新型涉及一种泵,特别是一种易汽化介质用屏蔽泵。
背景技术
现有的输送易汽化介质时,均采用逆循环型屏蔽电泵,结构如下:前部为泵体部分,后部为电机部分,包括转子和定子等。转子轴支承在其内,转子轴前部位于泵体内并装有叶轮,在屏蔽泵的后轴承座端盖与泵体出口之间有逆循环管路,使经泵内循环的介质通过该管路返回至用户储液罐汽相区。这种结构方式,介质在泵内的循环并不理想,特别是对易汽化介质,使安装设施复杂,维修不便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种介质在泵内循环效果好、更适合于易汽化介质输送、安装维修方便的易汽化介质用屏蔽电泵,克服现有技术的不足。
本实用新型的易汽化介质用屏蔽电泵,包括泵体、叶轮、转子轴,转子轴由前、后轴承及前、后轴承座支承,在与泵体内腔相连的出口与后轴承座之间接有连通管,连通管的两端经泵体内腔、定转子屏蔽套间隙、转子轴孔相连通,在转子轴上位于转子和后轴承之间装有副叶轮。
本实用新型的易汽化介质用屏蔽电泵,由于转子轴上有副叶轮,工作时增强了介质的泵内循环,使进入泵内的部分介质经定转子屏蔽套间隙、转子轴孔、连通管到泵出口,不会发生介质气化,更适合于易汽化介质的输送,简化了安装设施,便于维修。

具体实施方式
如图1所示:位于前部的1为泵体,后部为定转子部分构成的电机。转子轴6支承在其内,转子轴6的前部位于泵体1内侧并装有叶轮2。3为与泵体1内腔相连通的出口。在定子11和转子10之间形成定转子屏蔽套间隙5。在出口3与后轴承8端盖之间连接有连通管4,连通管4的两端经泵体1内腔、定转子屏蔽套间隙5、转子轴6上的转子轴孔9相连通,构成泵内介质循环通路。在转子轴6上位于转子10和后轴承之间装有副叶轮7。工作时,副叶轮7随转子轴转动,增强了介质的泵内循环,使进入泵内循环的部分介质经定转子屏蔽套间隙5、转子轴孔9、连通管4到泵出口3更为畅通,不会发生介质气化,更适合于易汽化介质的输送。

1.一种易汽化介质用屏蔽电泵,包括泵体(1)、叶轮(2)、转子轴(6),转子轴(6)由前、后轴承及前、后轴承座支承,在与泵体(1)内腔相连的出口(3)与后轴承座(8)之间接有连通管(4),连通管(4)的两端经泵体(1)内腔、定转子屏蔽套间隙(5)、转子轴孔(9)相连通,其特征在于:在转子轴(6)上位于转子(10)和后轴承之间装有副叶轮(7)。
