本实用新型公开了一种单螺杆锥双喂料筒体,包括喂料筒体,其特征在于,在所述喂料筒体内设有安装单螺杆的内孔,在所述的喂料筒体一侧设有呈“∞”字形结构的喂料口,所述喂料口与锥双强制喂料机的出料口相适配,在所述喂料筒体一端的外表面上设有复数个冷却槽。本实用新型改变了原来物料自重方式喂料的喂料筒体结构,将喂料口设置在喂料筒体的一侧,并与锥双强制喂料机相适配的结构,增加了锥双强制喂料机对喂料筒体的喂料量,提高了单螺杆挤出机吃料能力,从而进一步提高了生产产能和生产效率,其具有结构简单、使用方便、维修成本低的优点,可广泛适应于锥双强制喂料机的安装。

单螺杆锥双喂料筒体 
技术领域
本实用新型涉及的是一种挤出机的喂料筒体,具体涉及的是一种应用在单杆挤出机中的锥双喂料筒体。 
背景技术
单螺杆挤出机是聚合物加工中应用最广泛的设备之一,通常被用来挤出造粒或者成型板、管、丝、膜和异型材等。单螺杆挤出机的工作过程,主要包括喂料、输送、熔融(混合或排气)和计量挤出。一般情况下,喂入单螺杆挤出机的均为固体粒料、片料或粉料,对于这些物料,均可采用自重式喂料(也叫饥饿式喂料)的方式来实现物料的连续喂料,即:在单螺杆挤出机的喂料筒体的上部设置有喂料口,通过喂料口安装有普通喂料斗,该单螺杆挤出机的喂料筒体通过安装在单螺杆挤出机喂料料口上的普通喂料斗实现连续喂料。 
因此,目前的单螺杆挤出机上安装的都是普通喂料斗或者是现有的计量喂料装置,其存在的缺点是:在遇到团状物料时,例如:生产内外屏交联电缆料时,喂入单螺杆挤出机的是通过密炼后的物料,这时的物料已经受热而成熔融状态,呈现的都是大块、成团状的物料,普通的喂料斗或计量喂料装置就无法将这些团状的物料均匀、连续地喂入到单螺杆挤出机中,从而影响到生产的正常进行。 
为了提高单螺杆挤出机的吃料能力和克服上述缺陷,从而市场上出现有强制喂料机,但现有单螺杆挤出机喂料筒体的进料口不适应强制喂料机的安装,尤其不适应连接锥形双螺杆强制喂料机的使用,由于喂料筒体喂料口喂料筒体结构与锥形双螺杆强制喂料机不匹配,降低了单螺杆挤出机的吃料能力,减少了生产产能和生产效率,增加了维修成本。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是在于,克服现有技术上的缺陷,而提供一种结构简单、 使用方便、适应于安装锥双强制喂料机和提高单螺杆挤出机吃料能力的单螺杆锥双喂料筒体,提高了生产产能和生产效率。 
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型是通过如下的技术方案来实现: 
单螺杆锥双喂料筒体,包括喂料筒体,其特征在于,在所述喂料筒体内设有安装单螺杆的内孔,在所述的喂料筒体一侧设有呈“∞”字形结构的喂料口,所述喂料口与锥双强制喂料机的出料口相适配,增加喂料筒体的喂料量,提高生产产能和生产效率,减少维修成本。在所述喂料筒体一端的外表面上设有复数个冷却槽,便于出料的物料冷却。 
前述的单螺杆锥双喂料筒体,其中,所述喂料筒体两端设有连接设备的连接端,所述连接端与喂料筒体相连接。 
前述的单螺杆锥双喂料筒体,其中,在所述连接端上设有固定安装孔。 
前述的单螺杆锥双喂料筒体,其中,所述喂料筒体为圆柱体结构。 
本实用新型与现有技术相比所具有的有益效果如下: 
本实用新型将喂料口设置在喂料筒体的一侧,并呈“∞”字形结构,便于与锥双强制喂料机的出料口相适配,增加了锥双强制喂料机对喂料筒体的喂料量,提高了单螺杆挤出机吃料能力,从而进一步提高了生产产能和生产效率,其具有结构简单、使用方便、维修成本低的优点,可广泛适应于锥双强制喂料机的安装。

实施例: 
参考图1至图3,本实施例单螺杆锥双喂料筒体,其包括喂料筒体10,在所述喂料筒体10内设有安装单螺杆的内孔11,所述喂料筒体10一侧制出有与与锥双强制喂料机的出料口相适配的喂料口12,该喂料口12呈“∞”字形结构, 便于锥双强制喂料机的安装,以使锥双强制喂料机的喂料量达到最佳,增加了喂料料筒的吃料能力,提高了生产产能和生产效率。 
本实施例中,所述喂料筒体10为圆柱体结构,其长度为886.5±0.1mm,所述喂料筒体10的内孔11为圆柱形孔,其直径为180±0.3mm。本实施例呈“∞”字形结构的喂料口12为两圆形孔交叉,其每个圆形孔的半径为113.75mm,两圆形孔的圆心距为94mm,该喂料口12的设计与锥双强制喂料机的进料口为最佳比配。 
上述实施例的尺寸为最佳实施例,但本实用新型不仅限于本实例所述喂料口12的尺寸。 
在所述喂料筒体10两端设有连接其它设备的连接端20,该连接端20呈圆盘结构,并固定在喂料筒体10的端部,在所述连接端20上制出有固定安装孔21,便于喂料筒体的安装。 
本实施例中,所述喂料筒体10一端的外表面上还设有复数个冷却槽13,便于出料的物料冷却。 
本实施在使用时,将锥双强制喂料机的出料口与喂料筒体10的喂料口12相连通,通过锥双强制喂料机进行最大限度对喂料筒体10进行喂料,避免了物料因自身重力不足而导致喂料量减少的问题,增加生产产能和效率。 
基于上述,本实用新型改变了原来物料自重方式喂料的喂料筒体结构,将喂料口12设置在喂料筒体10的一侧,并呈“∞”字形结构,与锥双强制喂料机的进料口相适配,增加了喂料筒体10的喂料量,提高了生产产能和效率,同时,降低了维修成本,其具有结构简单、使用方便的优点,适应于锥双强制喂料机的安装。
