本实用新型属于一种锁热排气帽,主要由外壳和内胆管所组成,外壳顶部卡设有伞状帽,外壳内上端为蒸汽储热空间,与外壳内下端的内壁间隔距离设有内胆管,内胆管为贯通管,间隔距离分布的连接板连接内胆管下端外壁与外壳下端内壁,间隔分布的两连接板之间的空间为排气口,内胆管内下端与水箱排气管螺接,内胆管外壁与外壳内壁之间的间隙形成排气限流通道,排气口相通排气限流通道下端,排气限流通道上端相通蒸汽储热空间。本实用新型能在有效保持太阳能水箱的热量下,有效排放太阳能水箱的蒸汽,具有散蒸汽并同时保温和隔热的优点。

本实用新型属于一种锁热排气帽。
背景技术
目前,国内太阳能行业内水箱上排气帽基本由螺杆和伞状隔热帽连接组成,传统太阳能排气帽的原理是为当太阳能水箱内的温度达到一定时会产生带有温度的蒸汽,蒸汽则从排气孔上部排放,因水箱内是常压状态,蒸汽流动的方向一般呈上升状态,蒸汽上升过程中会附带大量的热量,传统太阳能排气帽是将蒸汽直接向上排出,在排放蒸汽的同时也将太阳能水箱的热量排出,造成太阳能水箱内热量流失,使太阳能集热效率下降,达不到很好的保温效果。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是设计一种锁热排气帽,能在有效保持太阳能水箱的热量下,有效排放太阳能水箱的蒸汽,具有散蒸汽并同时保温和隔热的优点。为此,本实用新型主要由外壳和内胆管所组成,外壳顶部卡设有伞状帽,外壳内上端为蒸汽储热空间,与外壳内下端的内壁间隔距离设有内胆管,内胆管为贯通管,间隔距离分布的连接板连接内胆管下端外壁与外壳下端内壁,间隔分布的两连接板之间的空间为排气口,内胆管内下端与水箱排气管螺接,内胆管外壁与外壳内壁之间的间隙形成排气限流通道,排气口相通排气限流通道下端,排气限流通道上端相通蒸汽储热空间。上述结构达到了本实用新型的目的。
本实用新型能在有效保持太阳能水箱的热量下,有效排放太阳能水箱的蒸汽,具有散蒸汽并同时保温和隔热的优点,还具有结构简单,安全可靠,成本低,保温效果好和使用方便的优点。

具体实施方案
如图1和图2所示,一种锁热排气帽,主要由外壳4和内胆管9所组成。外壳顶部卡设有伞状帽3。外壳内上端为蒸汽储热空间2。与外壳内下端的内壁间隔距离设有内胆管,内胆管为贯通管。间隔距离分布的连接板10连接内胆管下端外壁与外壳下端内壁。间隔分布的两连接板之间的空间为排气口6。内胆管内下端与水箱排气管8螺接。内胆管外壁与外壳内壁之间的间隙形成排气限流通道5,排气口相通排气限流通道下端,排气限流通道上端相通蒸汽储热空间。
所述的伞状帽通过卡件1卡设在外壳顶部。卡件可为可将伞状帽插固在外壳顶部上的弹簧卡圈或其它卡件。
使用时,将本实用新型的内胆管内下端与太阳能水箱7的水箱排气管螺接。太阳能水箱中的蒸汽和部分热量(按图1箭头线所指方向)上升从内胆管内下端进入外壳内上端的蒸汽储热空间,热量积聚在蒸汽储热空间不会被排出外壳内,蒸汽则顺排气限流通道上端向下端从排气限流通道下端的排气口排出外壳。排气口的大小可根据太阳能水箱的排蒸汽量大小设置。
总之,本实用新型能在有效保持太阳能水箱的热量下,有效排放太阳能水箱的蒸汽,具有散蒸汽并同时保温和隔热的优点。

1.一种锁热排气帽,主要由外壳和内胆管所组成,其特征在于:外壳顶部卡设有伞状帽,外壳内上端为蒸汽储热空间,与外壳内下端的内壁间隔距离设有内胆管,内胆管为贯通管,间隔距离分布的连接板连接内胆管下端外壁与外壳下端内壁,间隔分布的两连接板之间的空间为排气口,内胆管内下端与水箱排气管螺接,内胆管外壁与外壳内壁之间的间隙形成排气限流通道,排气口相通排气限流通道下端,排气限流通道上端相通蒸汽储热空间。
