背景技术
摩托车顶杆式发动机配气机构主要包括汽缸头、汽缸体、上摇臂、气门推杆、下摇臂、正时凸轮和正时齿轮,上摇臂通过上摇臂轴安装在摇臂座上,下摇臂通过下摇臂轴安装在汽缸体上,气门推杆上下两端分别位于上摇臂、下摇臂的半球窝槽内。
在配气时,均由正时齿轮带动正时凸轮,正时凸轮驱动下摇臂,然后通过气门推杆推动上摇臂,在上摇臂的作用下控制进、排气门的开启和关闭。由于传统的配气机构,气门推杆是自由放在上、下摇臂的半球窝槽内,在正时凸轮未作用于下摇臂之前,上摇臂、气门推杆和下摇臂之间不存在作用力,相互之间处于未受力状态,此时,下摇臂与气门推杆、气门推杆与上摇臂之间均存在间隙。由于发动机不停地运转,正时凸轮凸台每次接触到下摇臂时,在上述间隙处都会产生冲击噪音,同时也将加快连接部位的磨损。特别是中高速阶段,由于冲击力更大,噪音和磨损更加明显。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术存在的上述不足,本实用新型的目的是提供一种能有效降低发动机配气时冲击噪音的摩托车顶杆式发动机配气机构。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:摩托车顶杆式发动机配气机构,包括上摇臂、气门推杆、下摇臂、下摇臂轴和正时凸轮,在下摇臂轴上安装有张紧弹簧,张紧弹簧的两端分别作用在下摇臂上以在弹簧张力作用下使下摇臂与气门推杆之间以及气门推杆和上摇臂之间紧密结合。
本实用新型通过弹簧张力,使得下摇臂、气门推杆和上摇臂紧密结合,相互间无间隙,解决了以往发动机在运转时,由于气门推杆和上、下摇臂之间存在间隙而产生的冲击噪音,有效降低了发动机噪音。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
参见图1,从图上可以看出,本实用新型摩托车顶杆式发动机配气机构,包括上摇臂2、气门推杆3、汽缸头4、汽缸体5、下摇臂6、下摇臂轴7、张紧弹簧1和正时凸轮8。张紧弹簧1安装在下摇臂轴7上,张紧弹簧1的两端分别作用在下摇臂6上,通过弹簧张力,使得下摇臂6与气门推杆3之间以及气门推杆3和上摇臂2之间紧密结合。张紧弹簧1的结构见图2和图3,其两端设有轴对称的挂钩,两挂钩分别挂在下摇臂两端。
当正时凸轮8凸台作用于下摇臂6的时候,在正时凸轮8和张力弹簧1的共同作用下,使得下摇臂6和气门推杆3结合处有个向上的作用力,此时正时凸轮8与下摇臂6、下摇臂6与气门推杆3、气门推杆3与上摇臂2之间均处于很好的结合状态。当正时凸轮8的凸台转过下摇臂6结合处时,正时凸轮8对下摇臂6没有作用力。此时,由于作用在下摇臂6上的张力弹簧1向上作用力,仍然使得下摇臂6和气门推杆3结合处有个向上的作用力,使得下摇臂6与气门推杆3、气门推杆3与上摇臂2紧密结合无间隙,避免了发动机在中高速运转时由于下摇臂6与气门推杆3、气门推杆3与上摇臂2之间由于存在间隙而产生的冲击噪音,有效降低了发动机噪音。

1.摩托车顶杆式发动机配气机构,包括上摇臂(2)、气门推杆(3)、下摇臂(6)、下摇臂轴(7)和正时凸轮(8),其特征在于:在下摇臂轴(7)上安装有张紧弹簧(1),张紧弹簧(1)的两端分别作用在下摇臂(6)上以在弹簧张力作用下使下摇臂与气门推杆之间以及气门推杆和上摇臂之间紧密结合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的摩托车顶杆式发动机配气机构,其特征在于:所述张紧弹簧的两端设有轴对称的挂钩,两挂钩分别挂在下摇臂两端。
