车用涡轮增压器普遍采用浮动轴承支撑转子轴。目前,浮动轴承进油口的直径一般为6mm,在停车状态时,浮动轴承的油腔内的润滑油存留时间太短,影响涡轮增压器的使用寿命。

为解决以上问题,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:一种涡轮增压器浮动轴承,包括浮动轴承本体,浮动轴承本体上设有贯穿浮动轴承本体的进油口,其特征在于:所述浮动轴承本体与所承载的转子轴之间设有油腔。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进:
所述浮动轴承本体两端部的内壁设有螺旋润滑槽。
所述进油口的直径为φ4.5mm。
本实用新型采取以上技术方案,具有以下优点:减小进油口的直径,提高了浮动轴承的存油时间,延长了涡轮增压器的寿命,螺旋润滑槽可以提高润滑油的通过性,增强了浮动轴承本体与转子轴之间的润滑效果。

实施例,如图1、图2所示,一种涡轮增压器浮动轴承,包括浮动轴承本体1,在浮动轴承本体1上设有贯穿浮动轴承本体1的进油口2,进油口2的直径为φ4.5mm,浮动轴承本体1与转子轴3之间设有油腔4,油腔4内储存有润滑油,浮动轴承本体1两端部的内壁设有螺旋润滑槽5,通过进油口2向浮动轴承本体1的油腔4内供油,并进入螺旋润滑槽5内,使浮动轴承本体1与转子轴3之间产生油膜,避免高速运转时发生干摩擦。

1.一种涡轮增压器浮动轴承,包括浮动轴承本体(1),浮动轴承本体(1)上设有贯穿浮动轴承本体(1)的进油口(2),其特征在于:所述浮动轴承本体(1)与所承载的转子轴(3)之间设有油腔(4)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种涡轮增压器浮动轴承,其特征在于:所述浮动轴承本体(1)两端部的内壁设有螺旋润滑槽(5)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种涡轮增压器浮动轴承,其特征在于:所述进油口(2)的直径为φ4.5mm。
