起重机紧急制动器涉及轨道起重机紧急制动器结构的改进。本实用新型提供一种能保持正常运行、易于维护、节能的起重机紧急制动器。本实用新型包括机体,其结构要点机体内的弹簧I分别同上连杆、下连杆相连;上连杆的轴I上的操纵杆一端固定于机体的轴II上,另一端固定于柄体的轴III上,机体上方设置有可触及操纵杆的电插销;下连杆的轴IV上平衡杆的两端轴V上分别设置有对称拉杆,拉杆底端的导槽内设置有凸轮的销轴I,凸轮的轴VI对称设置在机体上,凸轮的底部的两侧为具有夹持轨道的斜面。

技术领域:
本实用新型是涉及轨道起重机紧急制动器结构的改进。
背景技术:
目前轨道起重机紧急制动器有多种,其中200810013396.8的“一种移动式自动夹轨器”比较先进而实用;但也存在以下缺点:1、该装置的摩擦脚的底面同轨道之间间隙较小,当轨道上有硬性杂物时,该障碍物推动偏心轮转动,使该装置处于制动状态,影响了起重机的正常运行;2、该装置的偏心轮内设置电磁铁,维护困难;3、该装置的电磁铁在正常状态下带电,用于吸住摩擦脚,但故障率较高,而且不节能。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型就是针对上述问题,提供一种能保持正常运行、易于维护、节能的起重机紧急制动器。
为实现本实用新型的上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案,本实用新型包括机体,其结构要点机体内的弹簧I分别同上连杆、下连杆相连;上连杆的轴I上的操纵杆一端固定于机体的轴II上,另一端固定于柄体的轴III上,机体上方设置有可触及操纵杆的电插销;下连杆的轴IV上平衡杆的两端轴V上分别设置有对称拉杆,拉杆底端的导槽内设置有凸轮的销轴I,凸轮的轴VI对称设置在机体上,凸轮的底部的两侧为具有夹持轨道的斜面。
本实用新型的有益效果:
1、保持正常运行:
现有的偏心轮为整体单轴式结构,本实用新型采用中心对称两个凸轮的结构,而且凸轮的底面与轨道之间间隙可用操纵杆调整,满足轨道同凸轮底面距离要求,确保本实用新型的正常运行要求,而不受轨道上出现障碍物的影响;
2、维护方便:
本实用新型取消了电磁铁控制凸轮的机构,而是将电插销设置在机体上方,不仅故障率小,而且维护方便;
3、节能:
现有的紧急制动器常态下带电工作;而本实用新型电插销常态下不带电工作,只有在制动瞬间带电工作,不仅减少故障率,而且节能为99%以上。

具体实施方式:
本实用新型包括机体11,机体11内的弹簧I 14分别同上连杆16、下连杆12相连;上连杆16的轴I 20上的操纵杆19一端固定于机体11的轴II 21上,另一端固定于柄体17的轴III18上,机体11上方设置有可触及操纵杆19的电插销22;下连杆12的轴IV9上平衡杆10的两端轴V8上分别设置有对称拉杆7,拉杆7底端的导槽4内设置有凸轮2的销轴I 5,凸轮2的轴VI6对称设置在机体11上,凸轮2的底部的两侧为具有夹持轨道1的斜面3。
斜面3为上窄下宽的斜面3。
弹簧14通过上环15、下环13分别同上连杆16、下连杆12相连。
电插销22包括一端固定于机体11的销轴II 36上的插销板35,插销板35的另一端同动磁芯32内的导杆34相连,动磁芯32固定于壳体33内的磁力线圈31之间,动磁芯32内的导杆34的尾端固定于静磁座30内的弹簧II 29上;壳体33的导线同操纵盒上的紧急开关26相连,操纵盒内设置有延时电路28、电容27、整流器25、变压器23及插头24。
下面结合附图说明本实用新型的一次动作过程:
若轨道1上的起重机遇到大风等,走行制动器制动不住或需要紧急制动时,按一下紧急开关26,电容27的电变高压向磁力线圈31放电;同时静磁座30产生强大磁力压缩弹簧II 29,吸住动磁芯32,与此同时,动磁芯32拉动插销板35,吸住在静磁座30上;此时,插销板35绕销轴36逆时针转动,离开操纵杆19,使操纵杆19靠重力弹下来,操纵杆19带动上连杆16、弹簧I 14、下连杆12、平衡杆10、拉杆7向下运动,拉杆7带动两凸轮2向内靠重力转动约60度。使凸轮2底面顶住轨道1面,靠摩擦转动,越转凸轮2底面到凸轮2轴半径越大,顶起该走行轮37,使凸轮2承受该行走轮37的全部轮压,同时凸轮2底部的两侧轮缘间距上窄下宽的斜面3夹住轨道1两侧面后两个凸轮2碰在一起再不能转动,使凸轮2三面与轨道1头三面之间产生很大的摩擦力,达到紧急制动的目的。
电容27放完电时,电源经过变压器23变压安全电压36V后,经过整流器25把交流电转变直流电供各电容27充电(约2秒),充满电后电源自动断电,本实用新型平时不带电,紧急制动开始瞬间才用电。节能效果99%以上。

1.起重机紧急制动器,包括机体(11),其特征在于机体(11)内的弹簧I(14)分别同上连杆(16)、下连杆(12)相连;上连杆(16)的轴I(20)上的操纵杆(19)一端固定于机体(11)的轴II(21)上,另一端固定于柄体(17)的轴III(18)上,机体(11)上方设置有可触及操纵杆(19)的电插销(22);下连杆(12)的轴IV(9)上平衡杆(10)的两端轴V(8)上分别设置有对称拉杆(7),拉杆(7)底端的导槽(4)内设置有凸轮(2)的销轴I(5),凸轮(2)的轴VI(6)对称设置在机体(11)上,凸轮(2)的底部的两侧为具有夹持轨道(1)的斜面(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的起重机紧急制动器,其特征在于斜面(3)为上窄下宽的斜面(3)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的起重机紧急制动器,其特征在于弹簧(14)通过上环(15)、下环(13)分别同上连杆(16)、下连杆(12)相连。
4.根据权利要求1所述的起重机紧急制动器,其特征在于电插销(22)包括一端固定于机体(11)的销轴II(36)上的插销板(35),插销板(35)的另一端同动磁芯(32)内的导杆(34)相连,动磁芯(32)固定于壳体(33)内的磁力线圈(31)之间,动磁芯(32)内的导杆(34)的尾端固定于静磁座(30)内的弹簧II(29)上;壳体(33)的导线同操纵盒上的紧急开关(26)相连,操纵盒内设置有延时电路(28)、电容(27)、整流器(25)、变压器(23)及插头(24)。
