本实用新型涉及一种电力机车受电弓碳滑板，尤其是适用于SS4G、SS4B、SS3、SS3B车型的受电弓碳滑板。
背景技术
电力机车受电弓碳滑板用于电气化铁路上，列车所需之电力就是通过受电弓碳滑板传输的。现有的碳滑板，将两根相同规格的碳滑板平行安装在受电弓的托架上，由螺丝将碳滑板与托架固定在一起。使用中碳滑板与接触网线的磨耗部位主要集中在碳滑板的中间部分，磨耗到限后下车的碳滑板，两边部分完好、中间段磨损，整体回收无价值且污染环境。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了解决以上问题，提供一种能够充分使用、降低耗用和减小环境污染且更换方便、使用安全的电力机车受电弓碳滑板。
本实用新型电力机车受电弓碳滑板设为独立的中间段和两个边段。
本实用新型电力机车受电弓碳滑板将现有产品的整体碳滑板改进为三段式组成，中间一段，两边各一段，由于使用过程中主要磨耗集中在中间段，多数情况可以只更换中间段，边段仍可继续使用，从而达到了充分使用降低耗用的目的，而且更换方便、使用安全。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型电力机车受电弓碳滑板做成独立的可组合的三部分，即中间段11、两端各一个边段12，碳条和铝槽板粘在一起组成碳滑板，每段碳滑板分别通过螺栓3固定在托架2上。使用中可灵活根据磨耗情况只更换中间段11，更换方便、使用安全。本实用新型尤其适用于电力机车SS4G、SS4B、SS3、SS3B车型。
