背景技术
现有的挤压机的螺杆一般具有三个区域，即送料区域、计量区域和位于送料区域和计量区域之间的熔化区域。通常，挤压机螺杆可旋转地定位在挤压机筒体内，该筒体包含一个与螺杆的送料部分接近的装料斗部分，以及一个与装料斗部分相对且与螺杆的计量部分接近的排出端。在工作当中，将固体树脂材料通过送料斗部分导入并送到螺杆的送料区域，在此材料开始熔化。现有的挤压机为了提高产量及效率，一般会增大固体材料落入量，在前量物料未完全熔化时，后面物料接着落入，从而使成塑胶制品产生气泡，表面不光滑的缺陷。另外，螺杆在长时间、高温度的工作条件下，容易损坏，影响挤压机的使用寿命。

本实用新型需解决的问题是提供一种效率高、寿命长挤压机结构的改良。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型设计出一种挤压机结构的改良，包括设置于筒内的螺杆，该螺杆一端与变速齿轮箱连接，所述的变速齿轮箱与马达连接，变速齿轮箱和马达分别与控制操作箱连接，在筒内设有若干条蒸汽加热管，该蒸汽加热管与蒸汽产生装置连通，在螺杆的中心开有冷却水槽。
本实用新型挤压机结构的改良可以提高产量及效率，形成的产品没有气泡产生、表面光滑，减少不优产品的产生。
