本实用新型涉及新能源领域,铁路运输行业,特别涉及一种移动式光伏供电系统。
背景技术
由于铁路轨道车作业存在工作地点流动性大、施工地点偏远及用电不方便的问题,轨道车的信号灯、防护灯、对讲机、手机、电风扇及空调等的用电问题一直是个行业性难题。传统的轨道车利用车载发电机发电存在噪音大、污染大、耗能高的弊端,而且影响轨道车司机的正常休息,不利于司机的身心健康。目前市场上的太阳能发电产品在实际操作中可行性不高,原因有三:1、不符合铁路行业标准;2、目前的太阳能产品不能满足轨道车运行及作业时的抗震需求;3、没有轨道车大修资质,不能有效的解决太阳能电池板的支架安装和光伏系统的与轨道车原电路系统的干扰问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了响应国家“节能减排”的号召,弥补现有发电设备的不足,更好解决轨道车上各种用电器的日常供电问题,从而提供一种无污染、零排放的移动式光伏供电系统。
本实用新型的目的通过如下技术方案实现:一种移动式光伏供电系统是由太阳能电池板、太阳能控制器、逆变器、用电器、蓄电池组成,其特征在于:太阳能电池板与置于车厢内的太阳能控制器相连接,采用高效率的单晶硅材料制作,转换效率高达16-20%;太阳能控制器与蓄电池和用电负载连接,具有电量的过充、过放和正反接保护功能;逆变器与太阳能控制器相连接,将直流24伏电压转换为交流220伏电压,解决220伏用电器的用电问题;蓄电池是通过太阳能控制器给负载供电,安装稳定。从而解决了轨道车用电难的问题,利用安装在车顶的太阳能板将光能转换成电能储存在蓄电池里,供防护灯、照明灯、电风扇、电视机及天线、手机、对讲机等小功率用电器的实用,无能源消耗、无污染、无噪音,克服了传统轨道车使用柴油机发电耗能高、噪音大、污染大的弊端。
本实用新型的优点:
1、解决了传统太阳能发电产品不能按转在轨道车考上的技术难题;
2、材料表层采用淬火玻璃,抗压、防爆性能更强;
3、可使适用于各种不同温度、湿度和光照度环境,在相对恶劣的天气条件
仍能保持较好的发电状态;
4、在车辆长时间停机的状态下,光伏供电系统可为车载启动电瓶补充电能,有效延长蓄电池的实用寿命,保证车辆在长时间不启动为电瓶充电的条件下随时顺利启动车辆。

具体实施方式
根据上图所示,一种移动式光伏供电系统是由太阳能电池板、太阳能控制器、逆变器、用电器和蓄电池组成,首先在太阳光的照射下,太阳能电池板根据界面的光生伏特效应将光能直接转化为电能,通过太阳能控制器的控制给蓄电池充电或者在满足负载需求的情况下直接给负载供电,如果日照不足或者在夜间则由蓄电池在太阳能控制器的控制下给直流负载供电。

1.一种移动式光伏供电系统是由太阳能电池板、太阳能控制器、逆变器、用电器、蓄电池组成,其特征在于:太阳能电池板与置于车厢内的太阳能控制器相连接,采用单晶硅材料制作,转换效率高达16-20%;太阳能控制器与用电器和用电负载连接;逆变器与太阳能控制器相连接,将直流24伏电压转换为交流220伏电压;蓄电池是通过太阳能控制器给负载供电。
