本实用新型涉及一种更换阳极拔极机构,尤其是一种铝电解多功能机组换极拔极机构。
背景技术
目前,现有技术中电解天车的换极拔机构仅通过左夹板、右夹板在油缸、弹簧的驱动下实现夹紧和释放铝导杆,通常情况下此机构有两个自由度,这样就会导致此机构在夹紧或释放铝导杆时,左夹板、右夹板动作不一致的情况时有发生,从而造成夹紧和释放铝导杆工作效率低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是:提供一种铝电解多功能机组换极拔极机构,它能保证左夹板与右夹板的动作保持一致,提高夹紧和释放铝导杆工作效率低,以克服现有技术的不足。
本实用新型是这样实现的:铝电解多功能机组换极拔极机构,包括安装座、左夹板、右夹板,左夹板与右夹板通过销轴安装在安装座上,在左夹板与右夹板的顶部端头上分别设有齿条,左夹板与右夹板上的齿条相互啮合;在左夹板与右夹板之间连接有油缸及弹簧。
在安装座的后侧设有导向板。
由于采用了上述技术方案,与现有技术相比,本实用新型采用在左夹板与右夹板的顶部端头设置齿条的结构,并使其相互啮合,以限制左夹板与右夹板之间的自由度,使它们工作时保持相同的动作。本实用新型结构简单,加工方便,使用效果好。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的实施例:铝电解多功能机组换极拔极机构的结构如图1所示,制作时,先制作安装座1、左夹板2及右夹板3,在左夹板2与右夹板3的顶部端头上分别制作出齿条8;将左夹板2与右夹板3通过销轴4安装在安装座1上,使左夹板2与右夹板3上的齿条8相互啮合;在左夹板2与右夹板3之间装上油缸6及弹簧7;并在安装座1的后侧设有导向板5。
安装座1与铝电解多功能机工具小车用螺栓相连接,左夹板2与右夹板3在油缸6、弹簧7的驱动下夹紧或释放铝导杆,由于左夹板2与右夹板3顶部端头的齿条8相互啮合,因此使它们之间仅有一个自由度,而且在工作时会对称同步运动,提高夹紧和释放铝导杆的工作效率。

1.一种铝电解多功能机组换极拔极机构,包括安装座(1)、左夹板(2)、右夹板(3),左夹板(2)与右夹板(3)通过销轴(4)安装在安装座(1)上,其特征在于:在左夹板(2)与右夹板(3)的顶部端头上分别设有齿条(8),左夹板(2)与右夹板(3)上的齿条(8)相互啮合;在左夹板(2)与右夹板(3)之间连接有油缸(6)及弹簧(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铝电解多功能机组换极拔极机构,其特征在于:在安装座(1)的后侧设有导向板(5)。
