为了解决背景技术所存在的问题，本实用新型是采用以下技术方案：它包含臂下固定板1、上下座2、皮带压板3、气缸4、皮带固定板5、皮带6、皮带轮7、皮带轮固定侧板8、皮带轮组上板9、臂上固定板10、第一结构梁11和第二结构梁12；臂下固定板1和臂上固定板10内侧设置有皮带轮组上板9，皮带轮组上板9的两侧固定有皮带轮固定侧板8，皮带轮7安装在皮带轮固定侧板8上，两端皮带轮7通过皮带6连接，皮带6上设置有皮带固定板5和皮带压板3，皮带6底部一侧设置有气缸4，气缸4固定在上下座2上，气缸4通过臂下固定板1与第一结构梁11连接，第二结构梁12通过皮带6与第一结构梁11连接。
使用时，当气缸4推动第一结构梁11运行Xmm时，第二结构梁12运行行程为2Xmm。

使用时，当气缸4推动第一结构梁11运行Xmm时，第二结构梁12运行行程为2Xmm。
