Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种烟道插板密封装置，它包括烟道(1)、插板(2)，其特征在于：在插板(2)的上、下部各连接一块不锈钢板(3)。本实用新型与现有技术相比，具有如下优点：1、烟道液压插板两侧加装的不锈钢板，在200℃的烟温环境下不易变形，密封效果较好，一方面使主烟道的抽力加强，另一方面便于维护环境卫生；2、不锈钢板与插板采用焊接连接，更换方便；3、由于插板两侧加装的是不锈钢板，其耐高温且不易磨损，使用寿命大大延长。

技术领域
本实用新型属于技术领域，特别涉及一种烟道插板密封装置。
背景技术：
循环流化床锅炉在运行时，烟道插板打开，烟气通过烟道进入主烟道，并由主烟道排出。当循环流化床锅炉停止运行时，则烟道插板推入，将烟道与主烟道分隔开。现有技术中，由于烟道的插板与烟道壁的接触面积不是很大，且又是钢接触，不能很好的密封烟道。故在生产中，出现倒烟现象，主烟道的烟灰通过烟道反扑出来，一方面影响主烟道的抽力，另一方面严重影响环境卫生，岗位人员卫生难于维护，严重影响正常巡检作业。现有技术中，也考虑过在插板底部两侧采用毛毡来进行密封。但因为锅炉的烟气温度有时高达150～200℃，运行一段时间(1～2周)毛粘受热硬化，加之受力变形，失去密封效果又恢复泄漏的“老样子”。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的要解决的技术问题是：
提供一种烟道插板密封装置，以解决现有技术中由于烟道与插板不能完全密封影响主烟道的抽力并严重影响环境卫生的技术问题。
本实用新型采取以下技术方案：
烟道插板密封装置，包括烟道1、插板2，它是在插板2的上、下部各连接一块不锈钢板3，不锈钢板与插板2可以采用焊接连接。使插板与烟道壁的结合面积加大，从而能更好地起到密封作用。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，具有如下优点：
1、烟道液压插板两侧加装的不锈钢板，在200℃的烟温环境下不易变形，密封效果较好，一方面使主烟道的抽力加强，另一方面便于维护环境卫生；
2、不锈钢板与插板采用焊接连接，更换方便；
3、由于插板两侧加装的是不锈钢板，其耐高温且不易磨损，使用寿命大大延长。

具体实施方式；
实施例一：
打开烟道处人孔门，测量插板和钢烟道的间隙，根据插板与烟道的尺寸，测量在钢烟道和插板结合部所需加不锈钢板的尺寸(长×宽×厚1840×100×10)。剪两块(长×宽×厚1840×100×10)的不锈钢板，在插板底部与烟道壁结合部的上、下侧焊接两块准备好的不锈钢板，处理好间隙后焊接。开关插板，调整两块密封板的相对位置并焊牢。
