Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种具有新型传动方式和工作模式的纯电动汽车,尤其是具有两档变速器和制动能量回收功能的纯电动客车。该车包括车体、电动驱动装置、变速器、蓄电池组及其控制系统和整车控制器,电动驱动装置中的电机直接与变速器相连为主减速器提供动力,电机由车载蓄电池供电并位于车架后部;变速器采用高速档和低速档两档变速箱;整车控制器通过CAN总线与电机控制器、电池管理系统通讯获取电机、电池的状态信号,并发出再生制动的控制指令;蓄电池组分组布置在车架的电池托架上,利用充电器与外电源相连,蓄电池组输出端与电机相连,同时,蓄电池组的高压电通过DC/DC变换器降压后与空调系统、照明系统以及助力系统等车载附件相连。

一种纯电动客车
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种具有新型传动方式和工作模式的纯电动汽车,尤其是具有两档变速器和制动能量回收功能的纯电动客车。
背景技术
目前,纯电动汽车被认为是一种很好地解决能源匮乏和环境污染的有效途径,但由于车用电机功率密度低和电池能量密度小等问题的存在,使得纯电动整车动力性能不足和续驶里程短等缺陷得不到很好地解决,影响了纯电动汽车的大规模普及。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有的纯电动汽车动力性能不足和续驶里程短的不足,提供一种具有两档变速器及制动能量回收功能的纯电动汽车,该车不仅能兼顾整车高速行驶性能,而且能保证整车的最大爬坡度要求,同时,还可以利用车用电机的发电功能实现对整车制动能量进行回收的工作模式,增加了整车能量利用效率。
本实用新型的技术方案届和服图说明如下:
一种纯电动客车,包括车体、电动驱动装置、变速器、蓄电池组及其控制系统和整车控制器,所述的电动驱动装置中的电机直接与变速器相连为主减速器提供动力,电机由车载蓄电池供电并位于车架后部;所述的变速器采用高速档和低速档两档变速箱;所述的整车控制器通过CAN总线与电机控制器、电池管理系统通讯获取电机、电池的状态信号,并发出再生制动的控制指令;所述的蓄电池组分组布置在车架的电池托架上,利用充电器与外电源相连,蓄电池组输出端与电机相连,同时,蓄电池组的高压电通过DC/DC变换器降压后与空调系统、照明系统以及助力系统等车载附件相连。
所述的整车控制器还通过电信号的形式与加速踏板位置传感器和制动踏板位置传感器以及变速器的档位信号传感器相连,制动踏板与真空助力器和制动主缸机械连接,直接控制液压制动系统工作。
所述的车体包括车架和车身,车架为边梁式车架,由前后两段组成,车架前后两段上都分布有电池托架;驱动时,电能量从蓄电池输出,经电机转化成机械能后传给变速箱和主减速器,进而驱动车轮旋转;制动时,整车一部分动能经过车轮、主减速器、变速箱到电机后转化成电能存储到动力电池中,对整车制动能量回收。
所述的变速箱采用机械式自动变速箱AMT,其结构为以中间轴手动变速器为母体,通过气压动力操纵选、换档拨杆,选中与需求档位对应的拨叉轴带动拨叉进行换档。
所述的整车控制器采用Motorola PowerPC565作为中央处理器,具有4路模拟量输入、4路模拟量输出、2路脉冲输入和4路数字输入、4路数字输出以及2个CAN接口;整车控制器通过2路模拟量输入与驾驶员的加速踏板和制动踏板相连;控制器中CAN1与电机控制器、电池管理系统相连,而CAN2则与两档机械式自动变速器控制器和车载的液晶显示系统相连;同时,整车控制器利用两路脉冲输入与变速器的输入和输出轴相连,以采集变速器输入、输出轴的转速,预估实际车速,并且向液晶显示器发送车速、电池SOC、电机温度信息;控制器采用的CAN总线拓扑通讯网络结构遵循J1939标准通讯协议。
所述的再生制动采用摩擦制动和电机制动联合控制,制动踏板与真空助力器和制动主缸相连,直接控制液压制动系统工作,制动时,整车一部分动能经过车轮、主减速器、变速箱到电机后转化成电能存储到动力电池中,对整车制动能量的回收。
本实用新型取消了离合器和变速器的倒档,所述的变速器具有两档结构,高速档用于整车正常行驶,低速档则用于爬坡,该结构的特点是整车动力性好、爬坡度大;所述的整车控制器具有CAN通讯功能,可以根据整车行驶状态(车速及减速度)、电池电量状态实时地控制电机的制动转矩,在满足整车制动性能要求的前提下,达到最大限度地回收整车制动能量的目的,使整车能量利用率达到最高,延长了整车的续驶里程;蓄电池则布置在车体两侧以及后排乘客座位下部,其效果是电池的重量和占用面积很好地结合于公共汽车的车架之上,解决了由于电池重量和高度所带来的整车最小离地间隙以及前后轴荷分配的问题,使得电池放置得更加合理,保持了电动汽车原有的性能,同时为行驶和操作提供了方便。该车型还实现了电动辅助转向以及电动空调的功能。本实用新型的突出效果是,提高了纯电动汽车动力性能,并延长了整车的续驶里程。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图所示实施例进一步说明本实用新型的具体内容。
一种纯电动客车,包括车体、电动驱动装置、变速器、蓄电池组及其控制系统和整车控制器,所述的电动驱动装置中的电机直接与变速器相连为差速器提供动力,电机由车载蓄电池供电并位于车架后部,所述的变速器采用高速档和低速档两档变速箱,所述的整车控制器采用CAN通讯的方式实时地采集电机及电池信息,根据采集到的加速踏板、制动踏板信息,来判断驾驶员的操纵意图,结合整车车速、减速度等行驶状态,实时地计算出车辆下一状态所需的驱动转矩或者制动转矩,进而对电机发送驱动或是制动等控制命令。当确定为制动工况时,整车控制器将根据整车减速度的大小、电池电量状态等信息以及经计算所得的制动转矩需求的大小,向电机发出再生制动命令,制动能量通过车轮、差速器、主减速器、变速箱传递到电机,再由电机转换成电能回收并存储到蓄电池中,实现对整车制动能量的回收。
所述的两档变速箱是机械式自动变速箱AMT,具体结构为以中间轴手动变速器为母体,将手动变速器的离合器分离及换档拨叉等之前靠人力操纵的部件得以实现自动操纵,即通过气压动力操纵选、换档拨杆,选中与需求档位对应的拨叉轴带动拨叉来实现换档。本变速器采用高低两档,在起步、低速、爬坡等需求大扭矩的工况时,采用低速档;在高速行驶时采用高速档,而且高低两档之间的切换轻便快速,通过电机的换档调速作用,换档冲击也小。该变速箱兼有手动变速箱突出的高效率、高燃油经济性、结构紧凑、高可靠性等优点和自动变速箱的操纵方便、降低排放等优点,这样可以节省纯电动客车的电能消耗,增加其续驶里程。
由于采用高低两档变速箱是本发明的特点之一,其结构应结合图作必要表述。
所述的整车控制器是将钥匙开关、加速踏板、制动踏板、变速箱档位信息及CAN网络上其它控制系统的节点数据、车辆传感器数据、车辆运行状况数据进行采集处理,同时将其处理结果以控制信息的方式通过CAN总线发布,其它控制系统的中央处理单元根据从CAN总线接收的信息进行相应的操作处理,与此同时,整车控制器又将必要的信息通过车辆仪表显示出来,实现了整车控制器与驾驶员之间的信息沟通,并对整车加以控制。
注意实用新型专利申请只保护结构,不保护控制方法。所以整车控制器最好从结构上表述,控制方法、原理或过程在说明书中说明。
整车控制器采用Motorola PowerPC565作为中央处理器,具有4路模拟量输入/4路模拟量输出、2路脉冲输入和4路数字输入/4路数字输出以及2个CAN接口。整车控制器通过2路模拟量输入与驾驶员的加速踏板和制动踏板相连;控制器中CAN1与电机控制器、电池管理系统相连,而CAN2则与两档机械式自动变速器控制器和车载的液晶显示系统相连;同时,整车控制器利用两路脉冲输入与变速器的输入和输出轴相连,以采集变速器输入、输出轴的转速,预估实际车速,并且向液晶显示器发送车速、电池SOC、电机温度等信息,实现了整车控制器与驾驶员之间的信息沟通,并对整车加以控制;控制器采用的CAN总线拓扑通讯网络结构遵循J1939标准通讯协议。
所述的回收整车制动能量的再生制动系统采用摩擦制动和电机制动联合控制。以摩擦制动为主保证行驶的安全性,电动制动起辅助作用并回收制动能量。由整车控制系统确定制动分配比例,并分别向电机控制器和制动液压控制器发出命令,二者接受信号命令并分别驱动执行机构执行相应操作。该系统可以实现将部分制动能量回收并转换成电能存储到蓄电池中,从而增加该电动汽车的续航里程。
参照图1,该纯电动客车采用单电机后轮驱动的方式,动力总成主要包括驱动电机、动力电池、传动系和整车控制系统四部分。纯电动客车保留了原车型的部分传动系统。电机驱动系统和动力电池系统基于CAN网路结构和在控制系统的协调控制下实现整车驱动、再生制动和能量合理分配等功能。
参照图2,该纯电动客车通过整车控制器与驾驶员进行信息交流。通过操纵部件将驾驶员的驾驶意图信息直接发送至整车控制器。驾驶员所需控制的是钥匙开关、加速踏板、变速箱档位等,整车控制器则是将钥匙开关、加速踏板、制动踏板、变速箱档位等信息及CAN网络上其它控制系统的节点数据、车辆传感器数据、车辆运行状况数据等进行采集处理,同时将其处理结果以控制信息的方式通过CAN总线发布,其它控制系统的中央处理单元根据从CAN总线接收的信息进行相应的操作处理。与此同时,整车控制器又将必要的信息通过车辆仪表显示出来,实现了整车控制器与驾驶员之间的信息沟通,并对整车加以控制。
参照图3,该纯电动客车通过整车驱动控制系统实现驱动力矩控制和电机过载管理。当整车控制器在综合了路况和驾驶员意图等信息后,对整车驱动控制系统发出一个转矩请求。整车驱动控制系统接收到该转矩请求后,根据电机特性扭矩方程可以计算出车在该转速下的最大扭矩值,将此扭矩对应的电机电压、电流值发给电机控制器,从而使电机按照需求输出转矩满足整车的驱动要求。当需求的功率过大时会出现电机过载,为此设计了电机过载管理策略及实现的相应结构。通过电机两端的电压和流经的电流可以求得瞬时功率,当超出过载限制的功率越大产生的热量越多,利用实时监测电机的温度和电机温升时间特性来设定过载限制时间,在超出过载限制时间后,将强行限制电机的最大输出功率,从而限制电机过载;当达到一定的限制时间后容许电机继续过载来完成大功率需求的行驶工况。
参照图4,该纯电动客车的制动系统在传统的摩擦制动基础上加入了再生制动。再生制动可以实现将部分制动能量回收并转换成电能存储到蓄电池中,从而增加该电动汽车的续航里程。该制动系统主要由动力电机、动力电池及相应的控制策略组成。因为该纯电动客车采用的是后轴驱动,故再生制动只能回收后轴的部分制动能量,且能量回收的路线沿动力传递路线的反方向从驱动轮到动力电机转换成电能后再存储到动力电池中。在驾驶员踩下制动踏板进行制动时,通过踏板行程计算出需求总制动力,并按一定比例分派到前后轴上,通过对后轴制动力的分析,首先确定电机制动和摩擦制动力的模式,有两种情况:一纯电机制动;二电机制动加摩擦制动。再确定制动力在这两种模式下的大少与分配,按计算结果驱动相应的执行机构实现制动能量回收的功能。
参照图5,该纯电动客车的高低两档变速箱是机械式自动变速箱AMT,所述结构为在手动中间轴变速箱的基础上,将换挡操纵机构转换成气动自动换挡机构。当起步、低速和爬坡等要求大扭转的工况时,ECU综合路况和驾驶员的驾驶意图,计算出需要换入低速档,通过气阀的开关作用,使高压气进入气缸,推动活塞移动产生推动力,带动拨叉向右移动,推动同步器向右移动,实现同步无冲击挂入低速档,动力传动路线如图5b所示,可以表述为:T右移,动力从I轴-1-8-III轴-6-4-3-II轴;当行驶工况为高速时,ECU通过换挡策略计算得到需要换入高速档,驱动换挡拨叉推动同步器向左移动,先回空挡位置,使低速档脱离,再接着向左移动,实现同步无冲击的换入高速档,动力传递路线如图5c所示,可以表述为:T左移,动力从I轴-1-8-III轴-7-2-3-II轴。
参照图6,该纯电动客车的车架采用边梁式车架,纵梁由前后两段组成,前段主要布置前悬总成和多数电池托架;后端主要布置动力系统、后悬总成和部分电池托架,前段梁低于后端梁,这样的布置不仅可以有效的降低汽车的质心高度,提高汽车的行驶稳定性,还能降低汽车前部地板的高度,方便乘员上下车。该纯电动客车采用电机后置后驱的方式,动力总成包括电机、变速器、主减速器、差速器和驱动轮等,整个动力总成位于车架的后部,避免了前置后驱车辆的传动轴,从而提高了整车的轻量化且操纵控制也比较方便。该纯电动客车的电池布置相对分散,电池托架布置在车架前后两段上,这样的布置有利于整车质心位置的控制,可以通过调节托架位置来实现整车质心的调整,从而获得更好的操纵稳定性;同时分散的布置有利于电池系统的散热,达到保护电池的目的。

Claims (6)

1.一种纯电动客车,包括车体、电动驱动装置、变速器、蓄电池组及其控制系统和整车控制器,其特征在于,所述的电动驱动装置中的电机直接与变速器相连为主减速器提供动力,电机由车载蓄电池供电并位于车架后部;所述的变速器采用高速档和低速档两档变速箱;所述的整车控制器通过CAN总线与电机控制器、电池管理系统通讯获取电机、电池的状态信号,并发出再生制动的控制指令;所述的蓄电池组分组布置在车架的电池托架上,利用充电器与外电源相连,蓄电池组输出端与电机相连,同时,蓄电池组的高压电通过DC/DC变换器降压后与空调系统、照明系统以及助力系统等车载附件相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纯电动客车,其特征在于,所述的整车控制器还通过电信号的形式与加速踏板位置传感器和制动踏板位置传感器以及变速器的档位信号传感器相连,制动踏板与真空助力器和制动主缸机械连接,直接控制液压制动系统工作。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种纯电动客车,其特征在于,所述的车体包括车架和车身,车架为边梁式车架,由前后两段组成,车架前后两段上都分布有电池托架;驱动时,电能量从蓄电池输出,经电机转化成机械能后传给变速箱和主减速器,进而驱动车轮旋转;制动时,整车一部分动能经过车轮、主减速器、变速箱到电机后转化成电能存储到动力电池中,对整车制动能量回收。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种纯电动客车,其特征在于,所述的变速箱采用机械式自动变速箱AMT,其结构为以中间轴手动变速器为母体,通过气压动力操纵选、换档拨杆,选中与需求档位对应的拨叉轴带动拨叉进行换档。
