Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种喷墨打印机的墨盒,包括:由凹形壳体和柔性的可变形膜形成的储墨腔、用于与打印机的流体入口连接的流体出口、信息存储装置、锁紧机构和用于检测墨水的消耗的检测机构,检测机构包括位于所述储墨腔内的杠杆组件和位于壳体由可变形材料制成且与储墨腔相通的力传递组件。由于取消了检测机构中泵内的弹簧、单向阀等元件,生产工艺简单且检测可靠性提高,解决现有了喷墨打印机的墨盒检测机构复杂且可靠性不高的技术问题。

Description

一种喷墨打印机的墨盒
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于喷墨打印机的墨盒。
背景技术
随着现代科技的发展,喷墨打印机以其可靠的打印质量、低廉的价格为众多的普通消费者所接受。其中有一种喷墨打印机,此打印机的墨盒安装部分具有一个用来识别墨盒内的墨水消耗情况的压力检测装置,和用来与墨盒上电触点相啮合的电触点部分,该电触点可以在一定范围内移动。
美国专利US5825387、US6364472和US6793329公开了一种用于此种打印机的墨盒,该墨盒为一个由相对的侧壁和相对的端壁确定的长形容器;一个第一特征表示容纳在墨水容器中墨水型号;一个不同于第一特征的第二特征,表示与容纳在墨水容器中墨水相对应的墨水颜色。该墨盒包括:一个柔性的连接在底盘上的墨水储存器容纳墨水,且与泵的流体入口形成流体连接;一个线性移动的具有可变的体积腔的泵集成在底盘上,当偏压朝着体积膨胀的方向时通过泵的流体入口从墨水存储器中吸出墨水,朝着收缩的方向移动时压出墨水;一个单向阀设置在泵的入口,允许墨水通过泵的入口从墨水存储器中流出,限制墨水流回墨水存储器;一个流体出口设置在底盘上;一个由可更换的墨水容器的外壳上的凹槽确定的电接触表面部分,此凹槽有一个作为啮合部分的第一内表面和一个具有多个电触点的第二内表面,从而打印机的电触点与墨盒上的电触点之间在不需要施加压力的情况下啮合。
此种墨盒采用复杂的泵结构进行供墨和作为墨水检测部分,包括泵帽,单向阀,弹簧等多种元件,这些元件的物理特性及相互配合关系又增加了许多不稳定因素,如:泵入口处的单向阀如果在供墨时关闭不严,墨水从泵中流至储墨容器,则会造成流体出口处墨水供应不足,影响打印质量。这对产品质量的控制造成了很大的困难,同时也增加了产品制造的成本,检测机构复杂且检测机构精度不高。
另外,彩色喷墨打印机所使用的墨盒一般为几个灌注不同颜色墨水的墨盒,为了防止墨盒装配错误,此种墨盒对每个型号做了相应的识别特征,然而在解决以上问题的同时,也增加了墨盒产品的生产制造成本,包括模具制造费用、生产过程的物料控制费用等。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种喷墨打印机的墨盒,以解决现有喷墨打印机的墨盒检测机构复杂且可靠性不高的技术问题。
为了解决以上技术问题,本实用新型采取的技术方案是:
一种喷墨打印机的墨盒,包括:由凹形壳体和柔性的可变形膜形成的储墨腔、用于与打印机的流体入口连接的流体出口、信息存储装置、锁紧机构和用于检测墨水的消耗的检测机构,其特征是,所述检测机构包括位于所述储墨腔内的杠杆组件和位于壳体由可变形材料制成且与储墨腔相通的力传递组件,当储墨腔内容纳有墨水时,所述力传递组件通过自身变形将打印机的压力检测装置施加的压力传递给所述杠杆组件,所述杠杆组件限制打印机的压力检测装置的进一步移动以表示墨盒内有墨水,当储墨腔内墨水逐渐消耗达到一个预定的数值时,所述杠杆组件被柔性的可变形膜压住移动到一预定位置,所述力传递组件无法将打印机的压力检测装置施加的压力传递给所述杠杆组件,打印机的压力检测装置在一预定范围内自由伸缩而提示墨盒内墨水耗尽。
所述壳体上设置有弹性壁,所述信息存储装置设置在所述的弹性壁上,当墨盒安装进打印机的安装位置时,所述信息存储装置在弹性壁施加的预紧力的作用下与打印机上相应的电触点啮合形成电连接。
所述壳体两侧还设置有定位筋条
所述锁紧机构在墨盒插到指定位置时,挂住打印机流体入口处相应部分。
所述壳体两侧的定位筋条对称。
在采用了上述技术方案后,由于取消了检测机构中泵内的弹簧、单向阀等元件,生产工艺简单且检测可靠性提高,解决现有了喷墨打印机的墨盒检测机构复杂且可靠性不高的技术问题。另外,由于信息存储装置在弹性壁的对其施加的预紧力的作用下与打印机接受位置上相应的电触点啮合,从而可以在没有专门作为啮合部分而存在的第一内表面的情况下形成可靠的电连接;解决了现有喷墨打印机的墨盒必须设置专门的啮合部分才能使信息存储装置与打印机上相应的电触点啮合形成电连接的技术问题。其次,由于在墨盒壳体两侧具有大致对称的导向、定位筋条,从墨盒壳体两侧面向外延伸,各种不同型号的墨盒的筋条采用统一的形状,从而生产不同型号的墨盒可采用同一模具,节省模具费用和简化生产工艺,不同型号的墨盒采用包装加以识别。再次,锁紧机构在墨盒插到指定位置时,用来挂住打印机流体入口处相应部分,确保墨盒在泵发生器的打击下不会弹出。

其中:面盖1、可变形膜2、凹形壳体3、杠杆组件4、流体出口5、锁紧机构6、密封圈7、弹性壁8、头架9、力传递组件10、信息存储装置11、小弹簧12、打印机上的压力检测装置13、筋条14。
具体实施方式
以下根据附图进一步解释本实用新型的实施方式。
如图1所示为本实施例的墨盒的爆炸结构示意图,其结构包括:面盖1、可变形膜2、凹形壳体3、杠杆组件4、流体出口5、锁紧机构6、密封圈7、弹性壁8、头架9、力传递组件10、信息存储装置11、筋条14等。
可变形膜2和凹形壳体3组成墨盒的储墨腔,随着墨水的消耗,可变形膜2大致追随凹形壳体3的凹面形状,面盖1用来保护可变形膜2。杠杆组件4位于储墨腔内,用于检测储墨腔内墨水的消耗。流体出口5用来与打印机的流体入口啮合,安装有密封圈7,此密封圈设置为当墨盒安装进打印机的安装部分时,打印机流体入口的突出部分刺穿密封圈,从而实现流体连接,当墨盒从打印机的安装位置取出时,密封圈7由于自身的弹性密封住打印机流体入口的突出部分形成的孔。锁紧机构6在墨盒插到指定位置时挂住打印机流体入口处的一个开口,确保墨盒在打印机的压力检测装置的打击下不会弹出。信息贮存装置11安装在弹性壁8上,当墨盒安装进打印机的安装部分时,由于打印机上电触点为可移动的,弹性壁8利用自身弹性将打印机的电触点压至一固定位置,从而实现信息贮存装置上的电触点与打印机的电触点之间的啮合。头架9用来固定力传递组件10,采用焊接的方式固定在凹形壳体3上。力传递组件10采用可变形材料制成,用来传递来自打印机的压力检测装置的压力。筋条14从墨盒壳体两侧面向外延伸,墨盒在插入打印机的墨盒安装部分时此筋条引导墨盒顺利插入,使流体出口与打印机的流体入口顺利接合,同时此筋条限制墨盒的左右方向的移动。
图2A、图2B、图2C从各个方向上进一步显示了墨盒的结构。
图3A为墨水检测机构在处于墨盒有墨水的状态时的位置图示。当墨盒内有墨水时,杠杆组件4上部处于自由状态,由于小弹簧12对杠杆组件4的下部施加一定的压力使杠杆组件4处于图示位置,此时打印机的压力检测装置13对力传递组件10施加一定的压力,力传递组件10在压力下弹性变形与杠杆组件4连接,从而把打印机压力检测13装置施加的压力传递给杠杆组件4,杠杆组件4阻止打印机压力检测装置13的进一步移动,从而打印机提示墨盒内有墨水。
当墨盒内的墨水逐渐消耗时,可变形膜2大致追随凹形壳体3的凹面形状从而压住杠杆组件4的上部,使杠杆组件4按图示方向移动。当移动至图3B所示位置时,此时墨盒内墨水大致耗尽,打印机的压力检测装置13对力传递组件10施加压力,力传递组件10在压力下弹性变形,此时由于杠杆组件4的移动,力传递组件10与杠杆组件4不再连接,从而无法将打印机的压力检测装置13施加在力传递组件10的压力传递给杠杆组件4,从而打印机的压力检测装置13在一预定范围内自由伸缩,此时打印机提示墨盒内墨水耗尽。

Claims (5)

1.一种喷墨打印机的墨盒,包括:由凹形壳体和柔性的可变形膜形成的储墨腔、用于与打印机的流体入口连接的流体出口、信息存储装置、锁紧机构和用于检测墨水的消耗的检测机构,其特征是,所述检测机构包括位于所述储墨腔内的杠杆组件和位于壳体由可变形材料制成且与储墨腔相通的力传递组件,当储墨腔内容纳有墨水时,所述力传递组件通过自身变形将打印机的压力检测装置施加的压力传递给所述杠杆组件,所述杠杆组件限制打印机的压力检测装置的进一步移动以表示墨盒内有墨水,当储墨腔内墨水逐渐消耗达到一个预定的数值时,所述杠杆组件被柔性的可变形膜压住移动到一预定位置,所述力传递组件无法将打印机的压力检测装置施加的压力传递给所述杠杆组件,打印机的压力检测装置在一预定范围内自由伸缩而提示墨盒内墨水耗尽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的喷墨打印机的墨盒,其特征是,所述壳体上设置有弹性壁,所述信息存储装置设置在所述的弹性壁上,当墨盒安装进打印机的安装位置时,所述信息存储装置在弹性壁施加的预紧力的作用下与打印机上相应的电触点啮合形成电连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的喷墨打印机的墨盒,其特征是,所述壳体两侧还设置有定位筋条
4.根据权利要求1所述的喷墨打印机的墨盒,其特征是,所述锁紧机构在墨盒插到指定位置时,挂住打印机流体入口处相应部分。
5.根据权利要求3所述的喷墨打印机的墨盒,其特征是,所述壳体两侧的定位筋条对称。
