本实用新型涉及液压挺杆上的一个部件的加工,更具体地说它是一种液压挺杆柱塞套自动加工机。
背景技术
液压挺杆挺柱体柱塞套零件体积小,加工部位多,精度高。现有的加工方法是采用单机流水线加工方式,装夹麻烦,产能低,良品率低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有背景技术的不足之处,而提供一种液压挺杆柱塞套自动加工机。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下措施来达到的:液压挺杆柱塞套自动加工机,其特征在于它包括主轴,位于主轴前端的料夹,位于主轴左侧的左侧横向移动板,在左侧横向移动板的端头有倒角车刀,在主轴的右上端有自动送料夹,在自动送料夹上有滑道,在滑道的未端为料槽,在主轴的相对位置有液压顶料杆。
在上述技术方案中,所述的料夹的后端有下料杆与料夹相通。
在上述技术方案中,所述的左侧横向移动板活动定位于纵向移动板上的滑轨上。
本实用新型液压挺杆柱塞套自动加工机具有如下优点:采用全自动加工,由液压控制实现了零件的自动上料、下料,多部位的一次性加工成形,有效的提高了产能和产品的精度。

参阅附图可知:本实用新型液压挺杆柱塞套自动加工机,它包括主轴8,位于主轴8前端的料夹7,位于主轴8左侧的左侧横向移动板4,在左侧横向移动板4的端头有倒角车刀3,在主轴8的右上端有自动送料夹1,在自动送料夹1上有滑道5,在滑道5的未端为料槽6,在主轴8的相对位置有液压顶料杆2。料夹7的后端有下料杆9与料夹7相通,左侧横向移动板4活动定位于纵向移动板10上的滑轨上。
工作时。操作员将待加工的毛坯料放入自动送料盒1的滑道5内,毛坯料在重力的作用下,下滑至滑槽6,自动送料夹1同时向斜下方运动,当料夹7运动到位时,液压顶料杆2,料槽6此时在同一直线上,液压顶料杆2向前运动,推动料槽6将毛坯料送入料夹7中,料夹7自动夹紧,同时主轴8开始旋转,此时料槽6在弹力作用下后退,下一毛坯料落入相应位置,并且自动送料夹1退回原位。
此时工件已夹紧,主轴开始旋转,左侧横向移动板4向主轴方向进给,倒角车刀3一次性加工工件后端,倒角、倒角两侧的圆角,台阶及台阶一端的圆角,加工完成后左侧横向移动板4自动退回原位。
上述工步完全成后,主轴8停止运动,下料杆9在液压作用下前行,将工件顶出料夹,落入接料盒中,一个加工循环结束。

1.液压挺杆柱塞套自动加工机,其特征在于它包括主轴(8),位于主轴(8)前端的料夹(7),位于主轴(8)左侧的左侧横向移动板(4),在左侧横向移动板(4)的端头有倒角车刀(3),在主轴(8)的右上端有自动送料夹(1),在自动送料夹(1)上有滑道(5),在滑道(5)的未端为料槽(6),在主轴(8)的相对位置有液压顶料杆(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液压挺杆柱塞套自动加工机,其特征在于所述的料夹(7)的后端有下料杆(9)与料夹(7)相通。
