本实用新型涉及工艺管道施工技术领域，尤其是一种弯头坡口夹具。
背景技术：
目前坡口机分为两类，一是直管段坡口加工机，二是弯头坡口加工机，在同一台加工机具上还无法实现既能进行直管段坡口加工又能进行弯头坡口加工的功能。另一方面，现有的弯头坡口加工机只能实现弯头外坡口的加工，无法进行内坡口加工。
实用新型内容：
为了克服背景技术中存在的不足，本实用新型提供一种弯头坡口夹具，使用该卡具与直管段坡口加工机相连，可在一台坡口加工机具上实现既能加工直管坡口，还能加工弯头的内外坡口，操作简单，加工质量高，利于工艺管道现场安装时进行坡口加工。
本实用新型的技术方案是：该弯头坡口夹具包括坡口机底座，所述的坡口机底座上安装有一组燕尾座，燕尾座内侧通过紧固螺栓固定有一组固定板，固定板内侧通过螺栓分别固定有内表面为“V”字形卡具A和“V”字形卡具B。
本实用新型具有的有益效果是：本实用新型与直管段坡口加工机相连接，将待加工的弯头固定在卡具上，可在一台坡口加工机具上实现既能加工直管坡口，还能加工弯头的内外坡口，实现弯头内外坡口的加工。该卡具结构简单，所切割的坡口表面平滑，平面度高，坡口尺寸精度准确，并且大大提高了坡口机的加工效率，为工艺管道弯头的焊接提供了质量保证。

由图1所示，该弯头坡口夹具包括坡口机底座1，所述的坡口机底座1上安装有一组燕尾座2，燕尾座2内侧通过紧固螺栓3固定有一组固定板4，固定板4随着燕尾座2能够上下滑动调整高度，固定板4内侧通过螺栓分别固定有一组内表面为“V”字形卡具A5和“V”字形卡具B6，“V”字形卡具B6位于“V”字形卡具A5的斜上方，使用时将弯头卡在“V”字形卡具A5和“V”字形卡具B6上，利用原管道直口坡口机，就可完成弯头内外坡口的车制。
