技术领域
本实用新型涉及电子直线加速器技术领域,具体是一种应用于该电子直线加速器加速管聚焦线圈水冷结构的水冷挡板。
背景技术
目前用于聚焦线圈的水冷结构水冷挡板,在挡板内部设置有水循环通道,在通道上设置进水口和出水口,通过在进水口连接进水水管,从而将冷却水引入水循环通道来冷却线圈,循环水经出水口流出。现有的设置在水冷挡板上的与进出水管连接的孔形状为圆形,但水冷挡板的厚度较薄,直径较大的水管在与较薄的水冷挡板的圆形孔连接时,水管管口两侧部分必然暴露在水冷挡板两表面外,这样需要通过焊接密封,密封可靠性差,易发生渗漏,影响线圈绝缘,造成短路事故。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术的不足,而提供一种容易焊接密封性好的水冷挡板。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种加速管用聚焦线圈水冷结构的水冷挡板,包括挡板本体,在挡板本体上设置有环形的水循环通道,在水循环通道上设置有进水口和出水口,所述的进水口为长腰型孔,所述的出水口也为长腰型孔。
所述的长腰型孔设置在水冷挡板侧面的中部。
所述的水循环通道为阶梯状的两层。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型将水冷挡板与进出水管连接的进水口和出水口的形状由原来的圆形改为长腰型孔,连接时,只要将水管插入该长腰型孔内,因为水管接头整个在长腰孔内,不会暴露在水冷挡板两侧,所以,只要在四周焊接即可,密封可靠,焊接后不易渗漏。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本实用新型作详细说明:
如图1所示,在挡板本体1上开设有环形的水循环通道2,该通道为阶梯的两层结构,在水循环通道上设置有进水口3和出水口,进水口3和出水口开设在水冷挡板侧面的中部,进水口3为长腰型孔,出水口也为长腰型孔。使用时,将进水管和出水管插入进水口3和出水口,后焊接在一起。

1.一种加速管用聚焦线圈水冷结构的水冷挡板,包括挡板本体,在挡板本体上设置有环形的水循环通道,在水循环通道上设置有进水口和出水口,其特征在于:所述的进水口为长腰型孔,所述的出水口也为长腰型孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加速管用聚焦线圈水冷结构的水冷挡板,其特征在于:所述的长腰型孔设置在水冷挡板侧面的中部。
