Abstract
本实用新型提出一种打钉枪,包含一机身,一枪嘴部分,该枪嘴部分与机身相连接,机身内包含有击钉装置,所述枪嘴部分包含一套管、一套管支撑部件,套管可在套管支撑部件内伸缩,套管包括一钉子吸附装置,且钉子吸附装置中设置有磁铁且有至少一弹簧支撑。本实用新型的打钉枪的钉子吸附装置设置在套管中并且使用弹簧支撑磁铁更加稳固,钉子吸附后处于套管中心使用起来更加方便。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种打钉枪,特别地是一种带有枪嘴的打钉枪。
背景技术
打钉枪是一种常用的手持式工具,通常包含一机身部分和一枪嘴部分与机身相连。枪嘴部分一般由一个中空的圆柱形套管构成,该套管上钻有一个可以放置磁铁的孔,磁铁啮合在该孔中从而吸附住放置在枪嘴部分中的钉子。其存在的缺陷是:磁铁处于套管边缘,无法使钉子处于套管中心且钉子与套管中心线不平行(即钉子吸附后是歪的)。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于:针对上述现有技术存在的缺点,提出一种打钉枪,其钉子吸附装置更加牢靠,钉子吸附后处于套管中心更便于使用者使用。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的打钉枪,包含一机身,一枪嘴部分,该枪嘴部分与机身相连接,机身内包含有击钉装置述枪嘴部分包含一套管、一套管支撑部件,套管可在套管支撑部件内伸缩,套管包括一钉子吸附装置,且钉子吸附装置中设置有磁铁且由至少一偏压装置支撑;
钉子吸附装置还包括一磁铁座,磁铁装配在磁铁座中并且由偏压装置支撑;
磁铁座上表面设置有V型槽并且一侧设置有斜面;
还包括一个封装盖用于将钉子吸附装置封装于套管中。
本实用新型的打钉枪的钉子吸附装置设置在套管中并且使用弹簧支撑磁铁更加稳固,钉子吸附后处于套管中心使用起来更加方便。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,本实用新型优选实施方案的打钉枪100包含一机身1,一枪嘴部分2,枪嘴部分2和机身1固定连接,机身1内包含有击钉装置3。枪嘴部分2包含一套管4、一套管支撑部件5,套管4可在套管支撑部件5内伸缩。套管4中装配有一个钉子吸附装置6用于在打钉枪工作过程中吸附钉子11。
钉子吸附装置6包括一个磁铁7且由偏压装置8支撑,本方案中偏压装置8为两根小弹簧,钉子吸附装置6还包括用于装配磁铁7的磁铁座9,如图2、3所示,磁铁座9表面设置有一个V型槽92以及一侧设置有斜面91。另外设置有封装盖10用于将钉子吸附装置6封装于套管4中,并且钉子吸附装置6从套管4内壁突出。
磁铁座9的V型槽92下方设置有磁铁7,钉子11钉杆部分刚好可以顺着V形槽被磁铁7吸附,钉子吸附装置6是突出于套管4内壁的,且钉子11大致处于套管4内孔的中心线上。
如图4所示,套管4是可以沿套管支撑部件5伸缩的,当工作时,套管4前端碰到木板,向支撑部件5内缩进,磁铁座9的斜面91被钉子11的钉帽或击钉装置3作用,钉子吸附装置6将下沉到套管4的管壁内,因此钉子11和击钉装置3都能通过套管4。工作完毕后,套管4由于其后面弹簧12的偏压作用而弹出,钉子吸附装置6不再受到外力,且被其底下两根小弹簧8顶出,恢复初始状态。
如图5、图6所示为本实用新型另一种实施方案的打钉枪200,钉子吸附装置21受到一个弹簧片26偏压作用突出于套管22内壁,同样的钉子受到磁铁25的作用可以大致处于套管22内孔的中心线上,其中包含有V型槽和斜面的磁铁座23还包括一个圆轴24,磁铁座23可绕圆轴24旋转。当磁铁座23上的斜面被钉子的钉帽或击钉装置作用后磁铁座23绕圆轴24旋转,钉子吸附装置21将下沉到套管22的管壁内,因此钉子和击钉装置都能通过套管22。工作完毕后,套管22由于其后面弹簧的偏压作用而弹出,钉子吸附装置21不再受到外力,且被其底下弹簧片26顶出,恢复初始状态。
本实用新型并不限于上文及附图所揭示的具体方案,还可以有其他的方式。需要说明的是,以上实施例是非限制性的。除了该实施例外,凡本领域技术人员依常识进行的变换均落在本实用新型的保护范围内。
Claims (8)
1.一种打钉枪,包含一机身,一枪嘴部分,所述的枪嘴部分与所述机身相连接,所述机身内包含有击钉装置,所述枪嘴部分包含一套管、一套管支撑部件,所述套管可在套管支撑部件内伸缩,所述套管装配有一钉子吸附装置,其特征在于:所述钉子吸附装置中设置有磁铁且由至少一弹性装置支撑。
2.根据权利要求1所示的打钉枪,其特征在于:所述的钉子吸附装置还包括一个磁铁座,所述的磁铁装配在所述磁铁座中并且由所述弹性装置支撑。
3.根据权利要求2所示的打钉枪,其特征在于:所述的磁铁座上表面设置有V型槽。
4.根据权利要求3所示的打钉枪,其特征在于:所述的磁铁座一侧设置有斜面。
5.根据权利要求4所示的打钉枪,其特征在于:所述弹性装置为两个弹簧。
6.根据权利要求4所示的打钉枪,其特征在于:所述的磁铁座一侧设置有圆轴,磁铁座可以绕圆轴旋转。
7.根据权利要求6所示的打钉枪,其特征在于:所述的弹性装置为一个弹簧片。
8.根据权利要求1所示的打钉枪,其特征在于:还包括一个封装盖用于将所述钉子吸附装置封装于所述套管中。
