本实用新型公开了一种边料循环系统,包括粉碎机、搅拌机:在粉碎机上方设置有吸风装置及边料储存容器,粉碎机的边料出口通过吸风管道连接到边料储存容器的入口,吸风装置链接到吸风管道,边料储存容器的出口直接用管道连接至搅拌机原料入口,所述的吸风装置为电动鼓风机。采用本实用新型,节约了人工且工作量大量减少,新工艺基本实现了自动化操作,大大减少了人工包装、运输的工作量;节约了储存空间,边料储存不需要再占用生产空间,直接吸至储存容器,并随生产的进度,循环快速使用;边料的卫生得到保障,边料的自动封闭式运输,减少了边料人工包装运输中的沙粒或其他污染物,有利于保证产品的质量;有利于搅拌均匀。边料与原料的同时经管道注入搅拌机中,更易于搅和,便于塑化,有利于片材质量得到保证。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及挤、吸塑成型加工的辅助设备,具体来说是一种边料循环系统。
背景技术:
现有的挤、吸塑加工过程中,产生的边料均为人工处理,边料循环流程为:
1、粉碎后的边料,经人工包装成袋。
2、包装好的边料人工运输至配料车间待用。
3、配方中需使用的边料与原料经人工灌入搅拌机中搅和循环使用。
其存在的缺点为:
1、工作量大,再次循环使用不便。粉碎后包装、运输、循环使用需要大量的工作过程才能完成,不符合节能降耗的要求。
2、储存空间占用。包装好的边料储存需要占用比较大的空间,而且不利于生产管理。
发明内容:
为解决现有技术存在的问题,特提供一种边料循环系统,在配料车间上方安置吸风装置及其边料储存容器,使用吸风管道连接边料储存容器的入口与粉碎机的边料出口,使用吸风装置吸取边料至边料储存容器,边料储存容器的出口直接用管道连接至搅拌机原料入口,生产过程中可随时根据要求添加边料至搅拌机中循环使用。
本实用新型采用的技术方案:
