本实用新型涉及一种轴承,具体讲是一种关节轴承。
背景技术:
目前,现有技术中有一种关节轴承,这种关节轴承包括外圈、内圈、铜圈以及与外圈成一整体的连接杆;所述外圈套在铜圈外部;所述铜圈套在内圈外部。工作时,所述的内圈做圆周旋转运动,内圈旋转的同时可相对所述的铜圈轴线摆动,为了防止内圈外壁与铜圈内壁之间发生干摩擦,人们必须时常在内圈外壁与铜圈内壁之间添加润滑油,但是,由于上述所述的内圈工作时都是处于运动状态的,而且运动形式也很不规律,即有时会圆周旋转,有时会相对铜圈轴线摆动,有时则会两者相结合,因此,使用者不便于直接在内圈外壁与铜圈内壁之间添加润滑油。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是,提供一种在保证内圈正常工作的前提下,便于使用者随时添加润滑油的关节轴承。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是,提供一种具有以下结构的关节轴承,它内圈、铜圈、外圈以及与外圈成一整体的连接杆;所述铜圈紧配在外圈内壁上;所述内圈与铜圈可转动配合;所述连接杆上设有螺纹孔以及与螺纹孔相通的轴向通孔和径向通孔;所述铜圈上设有一个与轴向通孔相通的通孔;所述径向通孔上连接有一个注油接头。
采用以上结构后,与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下优点:由于本实用新型在连接杆上连接有一个注油接头,因此,本实用新型可将润滑油通过注油接头注入到螺纹孔内,而润滑油又可经过螺纹孔流向轴向通孔,最终经通孔进入到铜圈内壁与内圈外壁之间,从而实现对内圈与铜圈相接触面的润滑,通过注油接头向铜圈内壁与内圈外壁之间添加润滑油的方式可以在保证内圈正常工作的前提下,便于使用者随时添加润滑油。

1.一种关节轴承,它包括内圈(2)、铜圈(6)、外圈(1)以及与外圈(1)成一整体的连接杆(5);所述铜圈(6)紧配在外圈(1)内壁上;所述内圈(2)与铜圈(6)可转动配合;所述连接杆(5)一端设有螺纹孔(4),其特征在于:所述连接杆(5)上还设有与螺纹孔(4)相通的轴向通孔(9)和径向通孔(8);所述铜圈(6)上设有一个与轴向通孔(9)相通的通孔(7);所述径向通孔(8)上连接有一个注油接头(3)。
