过去一般的立式自吸泵，泵体采用铸件形式，在铸造过程中进水口泥芯固定困难，排气困难，铸件质量难以保证；叶轮采用闭式叶轮，轴向不便调整；密封体兼作密封与支承轴承体作用，使得其总体长度长，直径变化加工困难。

本实用新型的目的是：提供一种能保证铸件质量及产品加工质量的立式自吸泵。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：它包括泵体、叶轮、导叶、轴，泵体两侧设有进水接管、出水接管，泵体上设有泵盖，泵盖上设有轴承座、轴承架，叶轮前设有护板，护板与泵体由螺钉固定。
本实用新型的优点是：解决铸件质量难以保证质量的问题，保证产品的加工质量。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型包括泵体1、叶轮3、导叶4、轴9，泵体1两侧设有进水接管13、出水接管14，泵体1上设有泵盖5，泵盖5上设有轴承座6、轴承架7，叶轮3前设有护板2，护板2与泵体1由螺钉12固定，轴承架7通过螺钉10和轴承压盖相连。
泵体1经粗加工试压合格后与进水接管13、出水接管14组焊，保证了泵体1的铸件质量；泵盖5与介质接触，采用耐腐蚀材质，轴承座7采用HT250材质，节约成本，且加工得到保证；轴9和叶轮3需向上调整进，拧松双头螺栓11，调整调节螺钉8，实现调整。
