本实用新型属于一种泵结构,尤其涉及化肥厂输送尿素熔液的一种特种新型双吸尿素熔融泵的结构。
背景技术
尿素熔融泵是一种化工离心泵,是化肥化学工业中重要的设备,其作用是将熔融状态的尿素进行输送,其工作环境恶劣,要面对尿素的腐蚀性,熔融状态的尿素的高温高压等等不良因素。现有泵结构冷却水直接穿过冷却腔,有可能穿越密封进入工况介质造成事故。现有泵结构密封后的压盖是一体式结构,拆装维修不便。

本实用新型提供一种特种新型双吸尿素熔融泵,其目的解决现有技术存在的缺点,提供一种密封性能好,冷却性能好,维修方便的尿素熔融泵。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
特种新型双吸尿素熔融泵,包括泵体,泵体依次设有泵腔、冷却腔和油腔,泵体内以轴承架设有泵轴,泵轴前端位于泵腔内并固设有叶轮,叶轮后方在泵轴和泵体之间设有密封,密封后具有压盖与泵体固联,其特征在于:泵体上对应密封的位置设有环状外冷却腔,冷却腔以泵体外设的进液管道和出液管道与外界联通。
所述压盖分为内压盖和外压盖,内压盖为筒状体,其嵌入泵轴和泵体之间的空隙并顶抵机械密封和外压盖,外压盖为盘状体,外压盖与泵体固联。
叶轮的正面和背面都具有流道。
具有两个螺母螺设在泵轴前端部压紧叶轮。
密封部件有泵盖,密封箱,幅叶轮,外压盖,内压盖等。
本实用新型的有益之处在于:
泵体上设置封闭的与密封隔离的冷却腔使冷却水无法进入工况介质;压盖分为两部分形成便拆式分体式压盖方便检修;叶轮的正面和背面都具有流道的设计使叶轮背面的流道可以使密封部位处于负压状态,以便密封高压介质,保护密封。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进一步说明。
如图1所示,本实用新型是一种特种新型双吸尿素熔融泵,包括泵体1,泵体1可以由几部分构件依次固联而成。泵体1内依次设有泵腔11、冷却腔体12和油腔13。
泵体1内以轴承31、32架设有泵轴2,泵轴2的前端位于泵腔11内,泵轴2的前端螺设了两个螺母20以压紧固设叶轮4,泵腔11具有进液口111和出液口112,叶轮4的转动驱动熔融的尿素从进液口111进入后泵出出液口112。叶轮4的正面具有流道41,背面具有流道42,叶轮4后方在泵轴2和泵体1之间设有密封5,由于叶轮4的背面具有流道42,从而高温高压的液体从出液口112泵出时,在叶轮4的后方也就是密封5的前方形成了负压,从而避免了高温高压液体对密封5的压力和腐蚀。密封5后方具有分体式压盖与泵体1固联,压盖分为内压盖61和外压盖62,内压盖61为筒状体,其嵌入泵轴2和泵体1之间的空隙并顶抵密封5和外压盖62,外压盖62为盘状体,外压盖62与泵体1以螺栓固联并将内压盖61压紧在密封5上。压盖分为两部分形成便拆式分体式压盖方便检修。泵体1上对应密封5的位置设有环状外冷却腔7,冷却腔7以泵体1外设的进液管道和出液管道(图中未示)与外界联通并通过冷却水以冷却泵轴2,这样冷却腔7与冷却腔体12和泵轴2都隔离,避免冷却水进入工况介质的情况发生。
本实用新型还可以通过加粗轴颈21的尺寸以提高泵高速运转时的稳定性。加大油腔13容积,提高散热性使轴承31、32润滑性提高。

1.特种新型双吸尿素熔融泵,包括泵体,泵体依次设有泵腔、冷却腔和油腔,泵体内以轴承架设有泵轴,泵轴前端位于泵腔内并固设有叶轮,叶轮后方在泵轴和泵体之间设有密封,密封后具有压盖与泵体固联,其特征在于:泵体上对应密封的位置设有环状外冷却腔,冷却腔以泵体内设的进液管道和出液管道与外界联通。
