背景技术
目前,汽车用的冲焊结构驱动桥壳,其制动法兰有两种结构,一种是将制动法兰与半轴套管设计为一体的结构,另一种是将制动法兰独立焊接在桥壳上的结构。这两种结构的驱动桥壳,制动底板必须用螺栓螺母与制动法兰联接,加工、装配工艺复杂,零部件成本高,在一定程度上影响了桥壳的使用效果和寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理、工艺简单、成本低的冲焊结构的驱动桥壳。
本实用新型的技术方案是:汽车驱动桥壳,其特征在于:制动法兰与制动底板为一体结构,整体焊接在桥壳上。
