技术领域:本发明创造是安装承力锁的一种扳手。
背景技术:飞机口盖是使用小型承力锁安装固定的,安装过程中,没有专用扳手,多使用普通的钳子夹住锁壳,依靠锁壳与钳子的摩擦力安装承力锁,但是锁壳表面很光滑且被油覆盖,因此需要很大的力才能夹紧,这样就会造成部分锁壳因受力变形过大而报废;同时,由于安装空间多不开敞,更会加大承力锁的报废量。
发明内容:本发明创造的目的是提供一种安装承力锁时避免承力锁因受力变形过大而报废的承力锁安装扳手;本发明创造的目的是通过下述的技术方案实现的:承力锁安装扳手,其特征在于由手柄和两个承力限位销组成,手柄一端制出内凹缺口,在内凹缺口的两边上各安装一个承力限位销。
本发明创造的优点;由于在手柄上采用了内凹缺口及在内凹缺口的两边上各安装一个承力限位销,内凹缺口不与锁壳接触,承力限位销接触承力锁的两个耳片,两个耳片受力,因而不会使锁壳变形报废;也提高了安装效率。

具体实施方式:承力锁安装扳手,其特征在于由手柄和两个承力限位销组成,手柄一端制出内凹缺口,在内凹缺口的两边上各安装一个承力限位销。内凹缺口的宽度与锁壳直径配合,不接触锁壳为宜,不会损坏锁壳。
由于在手柄上采用了内凹缺口及在内凹缺口的两边上各安装一个承力限位销,内凹缺口不与锁壳接触,承力限位销接触承力锁的两个耳片,两个耳片受力,因而不会使锁壳变形报废;也提高了安装效率。
