本实用新型涉及一种硫化车车轮，其特征在于车轮由车轴和宽轮组成，并且将硫化罐内的轨道横截面设置成凹形。车轴设置在硫化车的底部，每辆硫化车至少两根车轴，每根车轴两端各设置一个宽轮。采用本设计的硫化车无需地面设置轨道，且移动自如，不但提高了工作效率而且增加了安全性。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种硫化车车轮，属于橡胶硫化行业。
背景技术
目前，制作异形胶管用的硫化车车轮都是类似火车车轮设计，硫化罐内部有轨道，所以硫化车得以在硫化罐内运动，但当硫化车从硫化罐出来时也需要相应的轨道。这就限制了硫化车的使用，如果在地面设置相应轨道的话又产生安全隐患。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对上述不足之处，研究开发了一种硫化车车轮，目的在于使硫化车从硫化罐内出来后无需相应轨道就可以自由运动。
本实用新型的技术解决方案：
一种硫化车车轮，其特征在于车轮由车轴和宽轮组成，并且将硫化罐内的轨道横截面设置成凹形。
车轴设置在硫化车的底部，每辆硫化车至少两根车轴，每根车轴两端各设置一个宽轮。
本实用新型的有益效果：采用本设计的硫化车无需地面设置轨道，且移动自如，不但提高了工作效率而且增加了安全性。

具体实施方式
如图1所示：车轴3设置在硫化车1的底部，每辆硫化车1至少两根车轴，每根车轴3两端各设置一个宽轮2。硫化罐内的轨道4截面为凹形，宽轮2可以方便的在轨道4内运行。
具体工作过程：
当硫化过程完毕后，开启硫化罐，牵引硫化车1出罐，硫化车1设置的宽轮2在凹形的轨道4内运行，当硫化车1从硫化罐内出来时，其宽轮2在地面运行自如，无需特殊轨道。
综上，本实用新型达到了预期目的。

1.一种硫化车车轮，其特征在于车轮由车轴和宽轮组成，并且将硫化罐内的轨道横截面设置成凹形。
2.如权利要求一所述的一种硫化车车轮，其特征在于车轴设置在硫化车的底部，每辆硫化车至少两根车轴，每根车轴两端各设置一个宽轮。
