本实用新型公开了一种用于管道连接的热熔器,由热熔器凹模及与其配套的热熔器凸模所组成,在热熔器凹模与热熔器凸模之间设有电热熔板,所述的热熔器凹模内设有热熔器凹模芯模,热熔器凹模芯模上设有紧固螺钉,同时将热熔器凹模及与其配套的热熔器凸模连接在一起,在热熔器凹模上还设有观察孔。本实用新型适用于金属塑料复合管的连接和安装。

本实用新型涉及一种用于管道连接的热熔器。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,也开始认识到采暖真正带给人们舒适的环境,所以,在安装管件中往往会有给水、采暖两种以上的管材同时使用,传统的管子不能同时用于两种管材,,因为在传统的复合管的连接上,由于管件的截面容易暴露金属层,导致腐蚀损环,最后造成泄漏。所以,管子的连接,热熔工具非常重要。
发明内容
本实用新型针对上述金属管件连接中所存在的问题,提供一种结构简单,使用方便的用于管道连接的热熔器。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型主要是采用以下技术方案来实现的。本实用新型主要由热熔器凹模及与其配套的热熔器凸模所组成,在热熔器凹模与热熔器凸模之间设有电热熔板,所述的热熔器凹模内设有热熔器凹模芯模,热熔器凹模芯模上设有紧固螺钉,同时将热熔器凹模及与其配套的热熔器凸模连接在一起,在热熔器凹模上还设有观察孔。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下明显的优点和创新。(1)操作方便。本实用新型在热熔器凹模上设有观察孔,在热熔时复合管通过芯模和热熔器凹模的热熔挤压,使复合管端面中间的复合层被内外塑料包覆起来,通过观察孔注量塑料的挤出,可以断定复合管端面塑料包覆状况。如不加芯模,可以直接热熔普通的塑料管材。(2)安全可靠。本实用新型能使普通的塑料管件与熔接型复合管材有效地热熔连接,热熔接头可以暗埋,方便了管道的设计和安装。同时减少了贵重金属管件的使用量,降低了制造使用成本。
本实用新型适用于金属塑料复合管的连接和安装。

具体实施方式
如图所示,本实用新型主要由热熔器凹模3及与其配套的热熔器凸模6所组成,在热熔器凹模3与热熔器凸模6之间设有电热熔板5,所述的热熔器凹模3内设有热熔器凹模芯模2,热熔器凹模芯模2上设有紧固螺钉1,紧固螺钉1同时将热熔器凹模3及与其配套的热熔器凸模6连接在一起,在热熔器凹模3上还设有观察孔4。
实施例
本实用新型在热熔器凹模上设有观察孔,在热熔时复合管通过芯模和热熔器凹模的热熔挤压,使复合管端面中间的复合层被内外塑料包覆起来,通过观察孔注量塑料的挤出,可以断定复合管端面塑料包覆状况。如不加芯模,可以直接热熔普通的塑料管材。
本实用新型适用于金属塑料复合管的连接和安装。

1.一种用于管道连接的热熔器,由热熔器凹模(3)及与其配套的热熔器凸模(6)所组成,在热熔器凹模(3)与热熔器凸模(6)之间设有电热熔板(5),其特征在于所述的热熔器凹模(3)内设有热熔器凹模芯模(2),热熔器凹模芯模(2)上设有紧固螺钉(1),紧固螺钉(1)同时将热熔器凹模(3)及与其配套的热熔器凸模(6)连接在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于管道连接的热熔器,其特征在于在热熔器凹模(3)上还设有观察孔(4)。
