本实用新型涉及一种汽车轮毂轴承用的复合密封件。包括：法兰外圈、法兰内圈、骨架，其特征在于：骨架呈T字形，骨架连接定位在法兰外圈的外径面上，在T字形骨架的下端固定连接有密封件，密封件上的右侧有二唇与法兰内圈相抵触，在密封件的下端有一与法兰内圈相抵触的防泄唇，在密封件的左侧有一个引导唇，在T字形骨架的平面的右端有一间隙密封唇。本实用新型的优点是采用优化的骨架形状和增加三个唇来达到一个好的密封效果。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种汽车轮毂轴承，特别是一种汽车轮毂轴承用的复合密封件。
背景技术
因为轮毂轴承接近地面，灰尘和泥水较多，这些恶劣的工作环境要求汽车轮毂轴承密封必须有长寿命和高可靠性。目前汽车轮毂所用的轮毂轴承外密封一般是普通双唇结构密封(见图1)，此类结构的汽车轮毂轴承密封的优点是结构简单，加工及装配方便；但也存在着如下很多弊端：普通双唇结构密封对极其少量的水及水蒸气具有较好的密封作用，但是泥浆易在接触唇口积累(图1所示区域)，这会加剧接触唇的磨损，使密封提早失效，所以普通双唇结构密封无法满足恶劣环境下高可靠性及长寿命的要求。因此迫切需要一种新型的轮毂轴承用密封件来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术中汽车轮毂轴承用普通双唇结构密封所存在的上述问题。提供一种汽车轮毂轴承用的复合密封件，本实用新型设计一种汽车轮毂轴承用的复合密封件，包括：法兰外圈、法兰内圈、骨架，其特征在于：骨架呈T字形，骨架连接定位在法兰外圈的外径面上，在T字形骨架的下端固定连接有密封件，密封件上的右侧有二唇与法兰内圈相抵触，在密封件的下端有一与法兰内圈相抵触的防泄唇，在密封件的左侧有一个引导唇，在T字形骨架的平面的右端有一间隙密封唇。本实用新型的优点是采用优化的骨架形状和增加三个唇来达到一个好的密封效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细描述：
图中包括：法兰外圈1、法兰内圈2、骨架3、钢球9，其特征在于：骨架3呈T字形，骨架3连接定位在法兰外圈1的外径面上，在T字形骨架的下端固定连接有密封件4，密封件4上的右侧有双唇5与法兰内圈2相抵触，在密封件4的下端有一与法兰内圈2相抵触的防泄唇6，在密封件4的左侧有一个引导唇7，在T字形骨架3的平面的右端有一间隙密封唇8。
由于在T字形骨架3的平面的右端有一间隙密封唇8，它可有效防止大颗粒杂质及泥水在进入T字形骨架3的下端固定连接的密封件4，并在此积累，防止了由于大量杂质在橡胶密封件唇口处的积累而导致密封件4唇口的提前磨损；同时在双唇5密封件的左上面增加了一个润滑脂的引导唇7，该引导唇7可引导从沟道甩出的润滑脂重新流会沟道，保证沟道有足够的润滑脂；在双唇5密封件的左下面增加了一个防止润滑脂泄露的防泄唇6，该防泄唇6可防止润滑脂泄露，避免了由于轮毂轴承润滑不足而导致的提前失效。有以上三点可以看出，本实用新型复合密封确保了轮毂轴承的长寿命和高的可靠性。

1.一种汽车轮毂轴承用的复合密封件，包括：法兰外圈、法兰内圈、骨架，其特征在于：骨架呈T字形，骨架连接定位在法兰外圈的外径面上，在T字形骨架的下端固定连接有密封件，密封件上的右侧有二唇与法兰内圈相抵触，在密封件的下端有一与法兰内圈相抵触的防泄唇，在密封件的左侧有一个引导唇，在T字形骨架的平面的右端有一间隙密封唇。
